An dieser Stelle ein herzliches Danke an Pamela, mit der ich das Vergnügen haben durfte. + (falls nicht gerade direkt nach dem Lockdown) schnelle und unkomplizierte Terminvergabe + unglaublich tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis + freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter + spitzen schneiden ist WIRKLICH nur spitzen schneiden + pünktlich + sauber ~ gerade bei neuen Kunden, welche das Produktportfolio des Geschäfts noch nicht kennen, könnte man vielleicht etwas mehr auf Zusatzverkäufe fokussieren. Bei den tollen Preisen kann man sich das durchaus erlauben (ist aber wohl Geschmackssache). - die Website des Unternehmens sollte überarbeitet werden. Es gibt zwar einen Button "was sind eure Preise", aber außer dem Vorschlag, das Ergebnis des Besuchs zu teilen kommt da nix. Ein vorab online informieren über Preise oder auch Produkte ist somit leider nicht wirklich möglich. Mein Fazit: bis auf die Website gibt es nichts zu beanstanden und früher hat man es ja auch ohne geschafft. Für meinen nächsten Besuch werde ich mir einfach einen Schummelzettel schreiben, damit ich nicht wieder alles vergesse. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder! JUST GREAT! At this point a big thank you to Pamela, with whom I was allowed to have the pleasure. + (if not directly after the lockdown) quick and uncomplicated appointment allocation + unbelievably great value for money + friendly and competent employees + sharp cutting is REALLY only sharp cutting + on time + clean ~ Especially with new customers who do not yet know the product portfolio of the business, one could perhaps focus a little more on additional sales. With the great prices you can afford that (but it is probably a matter of taste). - the company's website should be revised. There is a button "what are your prices", but apart from the suggestion to share the result of the visit, nothing comes of it. Unfortunately, it is not really possible to inform online in advance about prices or products. My conclusion: apart from the website there is nothing to complain about and in the past you could do it without it. For my next visit I'll just write myself a cheat sheet so I don't forget everything again. I would love to come back!
