★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Umgang mit potenziellen Kunden in diesem Geschäft ist eine Frechheit. Habe notgedrungen einen definitiv letzten Versuch gemacht, hier etwas zu kaufen. Nicht nur, dass man in diesem Laden wie ein Bittsteller behandelt wird, es wird einem nicht einmal die Chance gegeben, sich in Ruhe das Sortiment anzusehen, ohne genervte Blicke der Verkäuferin im Nacken. Zudem werden einem bei Nichtgefallen die gezeigten Schuhe regelrecht wieder aus den Händen gerissen und mit einem Schnauben zurück ins Regal manövriert. Anscheinend geht es diesem Geschäft zu gut, um sich adäquat zu benehmen. Bei derartigem Kundenservice muss sich so mancher Kaufmann nicht wundern, dass der Online Handel floriert. Besten Dank für nichts.
Dealing with potential customers in this business is a cheek. I definitely made one last attempt to buy something here. Not only that you are treated like a supplicant in this shop, you are not even given the chance to look at the range in peace without annoyed looks from the saleswoman on your neck. In addition, if you don't like the shoes shown, they are torn out of your hands again and maneuvered back onto the shelf with a snort. Apparently this business is doing too well to behave adequately. With this kind of customer service, many a merchant shouldn't be surprised that online trading is flourishing. Thank you for nothing.
