Kein Warten auf verspätete Gruppenmitglieder beim Losfahren am Morgen und doch Führungen vor Ort, wo das Sinn machte. Für uns (Mutter mit einem Teenager und einem Kindergärtner) war das eine ideale Kombination. Vielen Dank an Patrice Two weeks Namibia: Thanks to Travelkid, we always had insider tips on the app at the right time, but we only had to follow our own schedule. No waiting for late group members to drive off in the morning, but guided tours where it made sense. For us (mother with a teenager and a kindergarten teacher) this was an ideal combination. Wir hatten eine optimal organisierte Namibia-Reise mit tollen Campsites, sehr schönen Lodges, perfekten Ausflügen und einem super coolen Leihwagen. Es war eine erlebnisreiche Reise mit vielen netten Begegnungen. Immer wieder mit TRAVELKID! From the arrival to the departure we were wonderfully cared for. We had an optimally organized Namibia trip with great campsites, very nice lodges, perfect excursions and a super cool rental car. It was an eventful journey with many nice encounters. Again and again with TRAVELKID!
f	foreign mommy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub mit Travelkid für unsere ganze Familie gebucht und die Beratung bzw Buchung war sehr einfach und gut! Jedoch ist leider Corona passiert und wir konnten unsere Reise nicht antreten, wir haben ihnen versichert die Reise auf 2021 umzubuchen jedoch kam es leider zu Komplikationen und da wir kein festes Datum bis zu einem von Travelkid bestimmten Datum nennen konnten haben wir unsere Anzahlung verloren. Daraufhin gab es leider einige Streitereien und Travelkid hat sich nicht sehr professionell uns gegenüber verhalten. Sie hätten uns und unsere Kinder gerne ins Flugzeug gesteckt und ins Ausland geschickt während der Corona Krise was ich schon einmal von einem Familienreisebüro gar nicht erwarte. Unsere Befürchtung war nicht nur das Reisen während der Krise sondern auch das wir gar kein Visum für die Einreise ins gebuchte Land bekommen hätten somit die Reise gar nicht antreten konnten. Das hat das Reisebüro aber sofort abgewiesen und uns auch gesagt das das Reisebüro nicht für das Visum zuständig ist und es daher nicht ihr Problem ist ob wir eines bekommen oder nicht. Von einem professionellen und kinderfreundlichen Reisebüro hätte ich mir etwas anderes erwartet! Leider kann ich Travelkid ganz und gar nicht empfehlen! We have booked a great holiday with Travelkid for our whole family and the advice or booking was very easy and good! However, Corona unfortunately happened and we could not start our trip, we assured you to rebook the trip to 2021 but unfortunately there were complications and since we could not give a fixed date to a date specified by Travelkid we lost our deposit. Then, unfortunately, there were some quarrels and Travelkid has not very professional conduct ourselves against. They would have loved to put us and our children on the plane and send them abroad during the Corona crisis, which I don't expect from a family travel agency. Our fear was would get not only traveling during the crisis but also that we do not require a visa for entry into the booked country so the journey could not compete. But this has the travel agency rejected immediately and also told us that the travel agency is not responsible for the visa, and therefore not their problem is if we can get one or not. I would have expected something different from a professional and child-friendly travel agency! Unfortunately I can not recommend Travelkid at all!

Leider haben wir bei unserer zweiten geplanten Reise ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht wie "foreign Mommy". Wir hatten eine China-Reise gebucht und haben diese dann im Februar 2020 abgesagt, als in China schon Corona am explodieren war. Wir hätten laut Travelkid mit unseren 3 Kindern reisen sollen. Wuhan läge ja nicht auf unserer Route....Diese Aussage muss man sich heute einmal vorstellen. Von der damaligen Vereinbarung der Rückerstattung von 50% der Anzahlung oder einer 100% Anrechnung für eine neu zu buchenden Reise will dort heute keiner mehr was wissen. Daher werden wir nicht mehr mit Travelkid reisen. Mit dem Roman der auf meine Bewertung von Travelkid folgen wird wünsche ich euch jetzt schon mal viel Spaß. Viele Grüße Marcus Our first trip to Namibia was great and everything really worked. Unfortunately we had experiences similar to "foreign mommy" on our second planned trip. We had booked a trip to China and then canceled it in February 2020 when Corona was already exploding in China. According to Travelkid we should have traveled with our 3 children. Wuhan wouldn't be on our route ... You have to imagine this statement today. Nobody wants to know anything about the previous agreement of the reimbursement of 50% of the deposit or a 100% credit for a new trip to be booked. Therefore we will no longer travel with Travelkid.
