M	Maybe 9946 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechte Betreuung man merkt nichts von der jahrenlangen Erfahrung sehr langsam unorganisiert (ständig werden neue Vormulare nachgereicht zum ausfüllen) etc. Bad care you don't notice the years of experience very slowly disorganized (new pre-forms are always submitted to fill out) etc.
G	Gudrun H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann travelbee (into) leider als Agentur für Auslandsaufenthalte nicht empfehlen. Durch ihr meines Erachtens unprofessionelles Verhalten haben sie den Aufenthalt meiner Tochter in Australien fast zunichte gemacht. Ich war auch überrascht, wie wenig sie über die Abläufe vor Ort Bescheid wussten. Zum Glück fanden wir dann eine andere Agentur, die alles um viel weniger Geld, was aber nicht das Thema war, perfekt organisiert hat. Wenn man sein Kind ins Ausland schickt, braucht man einen Partner, der sich auskennt und auf den man sich verlassen kann. Das ist bei travelbee aufgrund meiner Erfahrung aber leider nicht der Fall. Am Ende benötigten wir ein Gerichtsverfahren und mussten dann sogar Exekution führen, um wieder an unser Geld zu kommen. Für Kinder ist eine Zeit im Ausland eine ganz tolle Erfahrung, darum ist es ganz wichtig, die richtige Agentur dafür zu finden. Travelbee kann ich auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Gudrun H. Unfortunately I can not recommend travelbee (into) as an agency for stays abroad. By her, in my opinion, unprofessional behavior, they have the residence of my daughter in Australia almost ruined. I was also surprised at how little they knew about the operations on the ground. Luckily we found another agency that was all about much less money, but that was not the issue, perfect organized. If you send your child abroad, you need a partner who knows and can rely on. Unfortunately, this is not the case with travelbee because of my experience. In the end we needed one Legal proceedings and then even had to execute execution to get back our money. For kids, spending time abroad is a great experience, so finding the right agency for it is very important. I can not recommend Travelbee. Gudrun H.

Unsere Tochter (1 Jahr USA) wurde auch während des Schuljahres über eine regionale Kontaktperson sehr gut betreut, ebenso prima waren die Vorbereitungen sowie Flüge und die New York - Woche orgdnisiert. Auch wir Eltern wurden über monatliche Reportagen auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Wir haben uns mit all unseren Anliegen bestens und vor allem persönlich betreut gefühlt - bis über die Rückkehr hinaus. Wir danken dem INTO-Team sehr herzlich. INTO kann absolut wärmstens empfohlen werden! The student exchange via INTO I can absolutely recommend! Our daughter (1 year USA) was well looked after by a regional contact person during the school year, as well as the preparations and flights and the New York week were organized. We also parents were kept up to date on monthly reports. We felt well cared for all our concerns and especially personally - until beyond the return. We thank the INTO team very warmly. INTO can be highly recommended!

Eine Erfahrung die dank INTO für jeden Schüler zum einmaligen Erlebnis wird. Wo Schule Spaß macht und wir Eltern sicher sein könne, dass es unseren Kiddies gut geht - auch am anderen Ende der Welt!
