Dabei ging es um eine individuelle Situation, mit der ich persönlich unzufrieden war und an der ich arbeiten wollte. Durch Lottes authentische Art und die angenehme Atmosphäre, war es nicht schwer Vertrauen zu finden. Charlotte hat mir im Zuge der Coachings verschiedene Methoden näher gebracht um meinen persönlichen Zielen näher zukommen. Auch im beruflichen Alltag lassen sich diese Methoden relativ leicht umsetzen.
As part of my professional activity, I was allowed to take part in some coaching sessions with Charlotte. It was about an individual situation that I was personally dissatisfied with and that I wanted to work on. Due to Lotte's authentic manner and the pleasant atmosphere, it was not difficult to find trust. In the course of the coaching, Charlotte brought me closer to various methods in order to get closer to my personal goals. These methods can also be implemented relatively easily in everyday work.
