N	Niklas L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut tolles Chalet in Alleinlage am Hang. Die Piste führt direkt am Haus vorbei - Ski in Ski out. Viel Holz und Stein, schlicht aber sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Insgesamt gibt es 4 Appartements. Der Ausblick in die Kitzbüheler Alpen ist einmalig - Nachts sieht man auf Grund der geringen Lichtverschmutzung so viele Sterne wie sonst nur selten. Die Appartements sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht - Selbstversorger. Filterkaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher sind in der Küche vorhanden. Beheizter Ski Raum mit abschließbarem Schrank und Schuhtrockner. Gemeinsamer Sauna- Bereich im EG ebenfalls mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. 2 Minuten Abfahrt und man ist direkt am Lift 2000er oder der Liftanlage, die nach Kitzbühel führt. Achtung: Bis man in Kitzbühel/Hahnenkamm ist, dauert es eine ganze Weile, gut Zeit einplanen. Das Skigebiet Jochberg/2000er ist von den Pisten und vom fahren her aber viel schöner. Die beiden Lifte am Haus öffnen erst um 9 Uhr - und schließen bereits um 15:30 Uhr. Die letzte Abfahrt kann aber so genommen werden und man ist nicht mehr auf den Lift angewiesen. Einfach an der Jausenstation Gauxjoch zur Trattenbachalm abfahren. Good to know: - Selbstversorger, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe (Alleinlage) - Bewirtschaftete Trattenbachalm zur Tür raus. Die Gastwirte sind sehr nett. Man kann dort vorbestellen und dann auch essen. - Nächster Supermarkt: Jochberg, Interspar (via Paß Thurn Straße) - Nächster Geldautomat: Jochberg (via Paß Thurn Straße) - Idealer Skiverleih: Snow Experts an der Resterhöhe (Abfahrt hierher vom Chalet aus möglich) - Skigebiet: KitzSki - Beste Alm in der Nähe: PanoramaAlm, Bärenbadalm (super gute Küche, bis 16:00 Uhr geöffnet, etwas oberhalb!!) Absolutely great chalet in a secluded location on a slope. The slope leads past the house - ski in ski out. Lots of wood and stone, simple but very tasteful and high quality furnishings. In total there are 4 apartments. The view into the Kitzbühel Alps is unique - at night you can see as many stars as otherwise rarely due to the low light pollution. The apartments are equipped with everything you need - self-catering. Filter coffee machine, microwave and kettle are available in the kitchen. Heated ski room with lockable cupboard and boot dryer. Common sauna area in the EC also with great views of the mountains. 2 minutes downhill and you are right on the 2000er lift or the lift that leads to Kitzbühel. Attention: It takes a while to plan in Kitzbühel / Hahnenkamm. The ski resort Jochberg / 2000er is from the slopes and from driving forth but much nicer. The two lifts at the house open at 9 o'clock - and close at 15:30 o'clock. But the last descent can be taken that way and you are no longer dependent on the lift. Simply leave at the Jausenstation Gauxjoch to the Trattenbachalm. Good to know: - self-catering, no supermarket nearby (secluded location) - Managed Trattenbachalm out the door. The innkeepers are very nice. You can pre-order there and then eat. - Nearest supermarket: Jochberg, Interspar (via Paß Thurn Straße) - Nearest ATM: Jochberg (via Paß Thurn Straße) - Ideal ski rental: Snow Experts on the Resterhöhe (departure from the chalet possible) - Ski area: KitzSki - Best alp in the vicinity: PanoramaAlm, Bärenbadalm (super good kitchen, open until 16:00, slightly above !!)

Auf der Alm direkt gegenüber haben wir lecker gegessen, wenn wir nicht selbst gekocht haben. Könnten schöne Wanderungen in der näheren Umgebung mit unserem Hund machen. Sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles neu und schön gemacht. Mit Feuerstelle im Wohnzimmer. Super nice host. Christian the host is very accommodating and helpful. We ate delicious meals on the Alm directly across the street when we didn't cook ourselves. Could make nice walks in the vicinity with our dog. Very nice accommodation, everything new and nicely done. With fireplace in the living room.

Perfekcyjne wyposażenie, wygodne łóżka, kuchnia, sauna i balkony z bajecznymi widokami. Obok znajduje się bar, w którym można się żywić, a wieczorem wypić drinka lub piwko bez turystów. Do obiektu wjeżdża się skuterem ze wszystkimi bagażami i po zakończeniu pobytu wracasz w ten sam sposób. Bardzo miła i kompetentna obsługa, która oferuje również transport w innych terminach za opłatą. Najpiękniejsze miejsce jakie miałem okazję odwiedzić w Alpach. Opinia na podstawie dwóch tygodniowych pobytów z dziećmi i przyjaciółmi. A perfect place located on the slope away from the city noise, without the possibility of reaching the surrounding towns after the lifts are closed. Perfect equipment, comfortable beds, kitchen, sauna and balconies with fabulous views. There is a bar next door where you can eat and have a drink or a beer in the evening without tourists. You enter the property with your scooter with all your luggage and you will return in the same way at the end of your stay. Very nice and competent service, which also offers transport on other dates for a fee. The most beautiful place I have ever visited in the Alps. Opinion based on two-week stays with children and friends.
