★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben die stolzen Pferde bereits in Wien bewundert und durften ihre menschliche Zuneigung auch im Sommerquartier im Trainingszentrum am Heldenberg kennenlernen.
We already admired the proud horses in Vienna and were able to get to know their human affection in the summer quarters at the training center on Heldenberg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine ganz nette Führung mit kurzem Vortrag und Filmvorführung über die Geschichte der Lipizzaner sowie Besuch der edlen Pferde und deren Trainingshalle. Es befinden sich nicht viele dort (ca. 30) aber ist recht nett anzusehen vorallem in Verbindung mit den anderen Stationen auf dem Heldenberg. Gestreichelt dürfen die Tiere jedoch nicht werden obwohl sie sich dafür passend hindrapieren ?
A very nice guided tour with a short lecture and film showing about the history of the Lipizzaner horses and a visit to the noble horses and their training hall. There are not many there (about 30) but it is quite nice to look at, especially in connection with the other stations on the Heldenberg. However, the animals are not allowed to be petted even though they push themselves appropriately ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderschöne Anlage und vorbildliche Haltung der Pferde. Leider war die Führung sehr kurz ohne Einblicke hinter die Kulissen. Wir sahen 50m Stallgang und 2 Filme. Wir sahen weder die Reithalle, noch den gesammten Stallkomplex. Leider sehr schade. Wir hätten gerne mehr von der Anlage gesehen.
Beautiful layout and exemplary attitude of the horses. Unfortunately, the tour was very short with no insight behind the scenes. We saw 50m stable aisle and 2 films. We saw neither the riding hall nor the entire stable complex. Unfortunately, it's a shame. We would have loved to see more of the facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die aktuell geltenden CoVid Regeln machen diese Führung zurzeit leider eher weniger spannend als vor Corona.
Gleich zu beginn der Führung die insgesamt +- 30-40min dauerte wurde unserer kleingruppe jedem ein Audioguide in die Hand gedrückt.
Man erfährt einiges über die Schule, Pferde, entstehung des Heldenbergtrainingszentrums usw aber leider ziemlich Emotionslos wegen Audioguide.
Nach ca 10min erfolgte das erste "highlight" ein 3min Video am Tv Gerät. Anschließend ging es durch die Stallung weiter wobei ausdrücklich hingewießen wurde das nur Fotografiert werden darf, kein Video und auf den Fotos darf kein Personal zu sehen sein.
Das zweite und für mich letzte Highlight war eine 5sekunden Pferdefütterung von unserer Dame (Guide). Sie selbst betonte dass hoffentlich bald wieder normale Stallungsführungen machbar sind da doch größere Einschränkungen zurzeit herschen.
Zum Schluss durften wir noch die Trainingshalle besichtigen samt Kutschenausstellung.
Mein Fazit, wenn man dort ist - mitmachen ist ok. Eigenst Anreisen für die Führung würde ich wegen den einschränkungen aktuell nicht.
Unfortunately, the currently applicable CoVid rules make this tour less exciting than before Corona.
Right at the beginning of the tour, which lasted a total of + - 30-40 minutes, our small group was given an audio guide to everyone.
You learn a lot about the school, horses, the creation of the Heldenberg training center, etc. but unfortunately pretty much without emotion because of the audio guide.
After about 10 minutes the first "highlight" was a 3 minute video on the TV. Then we went through the stables where it was expressly stated that only photographs may be taken, no video and no staff may be seen on the photos.
The second and last highlight for me was a 5 second horse feeding from our lady (guide). She herself emphasized that hopefully normal stables tours will soon be feasible as there are currently major restrictions.
Finally, we were allowed to visit the training hall including the carriage exhibition.
My conclusion, when you're there - it's okay to take part. Due to the restrictions, I would not currently travel to the tour on my own.
