★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider wenig ahnung von UPS und GLS. Was ja ok ist, man kann nicht alles wissen. Dann aber telefonisch und persönlich unhöflich sein das muss ja nicht sein.
Als Trafik sicher in Ordnung, aber als Abholstation schwach.
 Unfortunately little idea of UPS and GLS. Which is ok, you can't know everything. But then being rude over the phone and in person, that doesn't have to be the case.
Certainly okay as a tobacco shop, but weak as a pick-up station.

how can it be that there is everything in this tobacco shop except postage stamps! Why can I pick up my parcels but not send them? Sad, otherwise great tobacco shop.

Ich bekam eine sehr kompetente Beratung, also die wissen um was es geht.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Sehr zu empfehlen.
Was there over Christmas to buy an IQOS as a gift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man wird sofort von der älteren Dame angeschnauzt, wenn man die Trafik ohne Maske betritt (es waren keine Leute drin, war nicht mal an der Theke und habe sie wirklich vergessen, ist mir zum 1. Mal passiert) Trotz sofortigem Handeln, sehr unfreundliches Verhalten! Selber trägt sie aber ein Visier, dass absolut gar nichts nützt...
You get snapped at by the older lady as soon as you enter the tobacconist's shop without a mask (there were no people inside, wasn't even at the counter and I really forgot, happened to me for the first time) Despite immediate action, very unfriendly behavior ! But she wears a visor herself that is absolutely no use ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich werde immer sehr freundlich bedient und der Chef blieb letztes Mal sogar etwas länger da, nur um auf mich zu warten, weil ich noch ein Paket abgeben wollte. Also Kundenservice ist echt TOP!
I am always served very friendly and the boss even stayed there a little longer last time just to wait for me because I wanted to hand over another package. So customer service is really TOP!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Team. Gute Beratung z.B. bei der Auswahl einer E-Zigarette. Reichhaltiges Sortiment an Nicht-Tabak-Waren. Die Automaten vor dem Geschäft sind nicht nur mit Zigaretten, sondern auch Dreh-Tabak und Zubehör, Nikotin-Pouches, E-Fluids usw. usw. bestückt. Obwohl andere Trafiken näher liegen, nehme ich die paar Extra-Meter gern in Kauf.
Super friendly and helpful team. Good advice, e.g. when choosing an e-cigarette. Wide range of non-tobacco products. The machines in front of the shop are not only stocked with cigarettes, but also rolling tobacco and accessories, nicotine pouches, e-fluids, etc., etc. Although other tobacconists are closer, I happily accept the few extra meters.
