Wir waren in einer Notsituation und benötigen einen Arzt und wurden so behandelt als müssten wir die Informationen eigentlich wissen, obwohl es in keinem Moment ersichtlich war wo wir einen Arzt finden konnten. Die Infos haben wir bei der zweiten Nachfrage dann erhalten.
The friendliness and willingness to help was okay. We were in an emergency situation and needed a doctor and were treated as if we actually had to know the information, although it was never apparent where we could find a doctor. We received the information when we asked for the second time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben uns für unseren Urlaub hier die Sommerkarte Gold geholt und einige Aktivitäten gebucht. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr nett und haben uns gut beraten. Vielleicht könnte man überlegen an die goldkarte eine Möglichkeit zu koppeln die den auch den Biketransport in den Liften inkludiert. Das wäre Top :) geht aber auch so. :D
We got the Gold Summer Card for our vacation here and booked some activities. The employees were very nice and gave us good advice. Perhaps one could consider adding a possibility to the gold card that also includes bike transport in the lifts. That would be great :) but that's also possible. : D
