I can only recommend this company. Polite, fast, nice and very hard to implement! Absolutely interesting value for money. Punctual delivery and aftercare for the customer are really great! I will be happy to contact this company again in terms of pool technology.

Stille.
30.03 - Ich schreibe wieder mit der Bitte um einen Termin.
31.03. - Ich erhalte eine Antwort mit dem Datum den Termin 1.04.
1.04 - endlich kam ein Spezialist und maß alles. Sie schickte mir ein Foto mit verschiedenen Optionen. Hat ermutigt. Sie verließ.
Stille.
14.04 - Ich schreibe und erinnere daran, dass wir auf ein Angebot warten.
Ich bekomme eine lakonische Antwort (ich zitiere): "Hallo, mein Folienleger sagt, das ist das leider nicht machen kann. Alles Gute!"
Alles Gute???!!!!! Wie ist diese Einstellung gegenüber Kunden ?! Ich bin empört !!!! Warum nicht sofort sagen, dass das Objekt für Sie nicht interessant ist? Wir würden nach einer anderen Firma suchen. Und jetzt wurde so viel Zeit verschwendet !!!! Ich bin sehr enttäuscht !!!
03/18 - I called. I sent a photo and an address. We agreed that they would write me the appointment.
Silence.
03/30 - I am writing again asking for an appointment.
March 31 - I get an answer with the date 1.04.
1.04 - finally a specialist came and measured everything. She sent me a photo with different options. Encouraged. She left.
Silence.
14.04 - I am writing to remind you that we are waiting for an offer.
I get a laconic answer (I quote): "Hello, my film layer says, unfortunately I can't do that. All the best!"
All the best???!!!!! What is this attitude towards customers ?! I am outraged !!!! Why not immediately say that the object is not of interest to you? We would look for another company. And now so much time has been wasted !!!! I am very disappointed !!!

Beratung auf den Punkt gebracht und das angeboten was man wirklich braucht! Die Abwicklung war perfekt, schnelle Antworten auf Fragen, wie vereinbart geliefert und montiert. Sehr empfehlenswert!
The name keeps what it promises, top pools, top service, top quality !! Open, honest and fair communication right from the start. Advice in a nutshell and offered what you really need! The process was perfect, with quick answers to questions, delivered and installed as agreed. Highly recommended!

Wir haben den Service der Firma Toppools mit Leonie und ihrem Team genutzt. Es ist schon TOP wenn man per Whatsapp am 01.Mai (Feiertag) kurzfristig um Rohre und dergleichen fragt und 15 min. später alles ausgehändigt bekommt. Auch beim Termin für die Folienverlegung hat sie sich sehr viel Mühe trotz der immensen Nachfrage gegeben und dann überraschenderweiße doch früher als gedacht noch alles hingebracht. Auch bei nachbestellungen und Problemen immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Über den Poolbau an sich kann ich nichts sagen, da wir alles, bis auf die Folienverlegung selbst gemacht haben. Alles in Allem eine serviceorientierte Firma mit Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Danke an Leonie und ihrem Team. Weiter so
Everything perfect!
We used the service of Toppools with Leonie and her team. It's great if you ask for pipes and the like via Whatsapp on May 1st (public holiday) at short notice and everything is handed over 15 minutes later. Even with the appointment for the film laying, she made a lot of effort despite the immense demand and then surprisingly delivered everything earlier than expected. Always helpful and friendly, even with reorders and problems. I can't say anything about the pool construction itself, as we did everything ourselves, except for the laying of the foil. All in all a service-oriented company with a great price / performance ratio. Thanks to Leonie and her team. Keep it up
