B	Bremsi1303 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo Erst mal zum Erstkontakt: Firma wurde mir durch Mundpropaganda empfohlen daraufhin rief ich bei Herrn Gerald Zandonella wohlgemerkt nach Dienstschluss um ca 19:00 an der troz vollem Therminkalender sofort von Vorchdorf zu mir nach Thomasroith kam und mich zur vollsten Zufriedenheit beraten hat. Nach Termin vereinbarung und zugesantem Angeboten kamen die Mitarbeiter. Ich muss schon sagen ich habe selten so ein perfeckt eingespieltes Team gesehen die alles von anfang bis ende mit einem sympatischen und absolut kompetenten Arbeitseifer abwickelten. Alles in allem kann ich nur sagen vielen lieben dank an Sie und ihr tolles Team bin voll Begeistert danke Max,Franz und Drenzi. Bei der Lieferung wollte ich für die 14 mitgelieferten Paletten wie es auf Baustellen üblich ist 14 gleichwertige Europaletten dem Fahrer zurückgeben. Mir wurde daraufhin gesagt das er sie nicht mitnehmen könne da er nicht direkt zum Werk zurück fahren würde, aber mir wurde mündlich versprochen das die Paletten in ca. einer Woche abgeholt würden . Lange Zeit passierte nichts bis ich eines Tages ein Schreben bekam wo mir angedroht wurde,ich möge die Paletten zurück bringen innerhalb einer kürzer Zeit sonst wurde ich eine Rechnung bekommen. Darauf rief ich bei dieser Firna an und versuchte zu erklären das ich bei der Lieferung die Paletten zurück geben wollte aber der Fahrer sagte das die Paletten später geholt werden. Der Chef der Firma war sehr unhöflich am Telefon und sagte ich musste sehr bald die Paletten zurück bringen sonst bekomme ich eine saftige Rechnung. Da ich mir Ärger ersparen wollte mietete ich mir einen Bus um 100€ und brachte die Paletten fast 40km zu der Firma. Also ich würde da nichts mehr kaufen da man die Menschen bei Problemen wirklich kennen lernt. I bought roof tiles worth over € 8000 from this company. The boss of the company was very rude on the phone and said I had to bring back the pallets very soon otherwise I get a hefty bill. Since I wanted to save myself trouble I rented a bus for 100 € and brought the pallets almost 40km to the company. So I would not buy anything because you really get to know people in case of problems.

Habe mir jedoch erlaubt nach 2 Tagen nachzufragen, ob abgeschätzt werden kann wann jemand zum Besichtigen vorbeikommt. Wurde auch zurückgerufen, am Telefon dann aber angeschrien was ich mir eigentlich denke und ich nicht weiß dass er nicht mehr als arbeiten kann. Danke, nie wieder! Leider muss ich mindestens 1 Stern vergeben. I wanted to have this company replace 2 broken roof tiles. However, after 2 days I allowed me to ask whether it can be estimated when someone will come over to view the property. Was also called back, but then yelled at on the phone what I'm actually thinking and I don't know that he can't do more than work. Thanks, never again! Unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star.
