â â â â â Achtung....Der Besitzer ist ein BetrĂŒger. Ich wurde hier wirklich aufs ĂŒbeleste ĂŒbers Ohr gezogen. Nachdem ich um Hilfe gebeten hatte, wurde einfach aufgelegt. Hier will man nicht Urlaub machen.
Warning .... the owner is a scam. I was really badly ripped off here. After I asked for help, I just hung up. You don't want to go on vacation here.

â â â â â Ich muss sagen, dass ich sehr sehr enttĂ€uscht bin. Ich und 6 weitere Freunde haben fĂŒr den Zeitraum vom 22.01.2022 bis zum 29.01.2022 ein Apartment gebucht. Dies geschah bereits im letzten Jahr um die FrĂŒhlingszeit herum. Im Kontakt stand ich durchgehend mit einer Frau Riml, da ich das Apartment direkt ĂŒber die Internetseite und nicht ĂŒber externe Anbieter gebucht habe. Bei ihr habe ich mich ebenfalls bzgl. Stornierungsbedingungen erkundigt. Nachdem unsere Gruppe sich dazu entschieden hat den Urlaub zu stornieren (Entwicklung Covid-19 etc.), habe ich mich an Frau Riml gewendet, um alles nötige in die Wege zu leiten. Mir wurde zugesagt, dass sich der Chef bei mir melden wird fĂŒr alles weitere. Leider hat sich nie wieder jemand bei mir gemeldet und alle Anrufe, RĂŒckrufbitten und E-Mails wurden ignoriert. Mittlerweile ist das GefĂŒhl entstanden, dass man hier nur ĂŒbers Ohr gezogen wird. Meinen Anwalt habe ich ebenfalls eingeschaltet und hoffe dadurch eine Lösung zu erzielen.
Ein so schlecht gefĂŒhrter Anbieter von Urlaubs- bzw. Ferienunterkunften ist mir noch nie unter die Augen gekommen und am liebsten wĂŒrde ich eine Bewertung von 0 Sternen abgeben. Ein absoluter unzuverlĂ€ssiger Anbieter, den man auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen sollte, auĂer man möchte Geld verlieren.
I must say that I am very very disappointed. Me and 6 other friends have booked for the period from 01/22/2022 to 29/01/2022 an apartment. This happened last year around the Spring time around. In the contact I stood throughout with a woman Riml, since I booked the apartment directly from the website and not an outside vendor. With her I inquired also concerning. Cancellation policy. After our group has chosen the holiday to cancel (development Covid-19 etc.), I turned to Mrs Riml to everything necessary to lead in the way. I was promised the boss that if I report is more for everything. Unfortunately, again no one ever contacted me and all calls, callback requests and emails were ignored. Meanwhile, the feeling arose that one is only drawn here over the ear. My lawyer, I have also turned on and hope thereby to achieve a solution.
Such ill-supervised suppliers of holiday and vacation accommodations has never come under my eyes and I wish I could give a rating of 0 stars. An absolute unreliable provider that you should definitely not recommend, unless you want to lose money.

â â â â â Leider nicht zu empfehlen, konnten aufgrund von Corona unsere Reise nicht antreten und mussten stornieren, warten immernoch vegebens auf eine RĂŒckmeldung bezĂŒglich unseres Geldes was wir wiederbekommen...
Sehr schade das so mit den Kunden umgegangen wird...
Unfortunately not recommended, couldn't start our trip due to Corona and had to cancel, still waiting in vain for feedback regarding our money, which we get back...
It's a shame that customers are treated this way...

â â â â â Unfreundlich, wir haben mehrfache versucht den EigentĂŒmer zu erreichen zwecks Stornierung. Auf zahlreiche emails sowie Anrufe wurde nicht reagiert. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!
Unfriendly, we tried several times to contact the owner to cancel. Numerous emails and calls went unanswered. Not recommendable!!!!!

â â â â â Trotz hervorragender Unterkunft eine Frechheit bei fristgerechter Stornierung mit dem Kunden gewollt nicht in Verbindung zu treten.
Wir hÀtten bestimmt gerne die Unterkunft zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt in ErwÀgung gezogen aber nicht unter diesen UmstÀnden.
Ich kann mir auch vorstellen, dass dies nicht durch Unfreundlichkeit ausgezeichnet wird sondern schlicht und einfach durch massive Inkompetenz. 0 Sterne und Anzeige ist raus !
Despite the excellent accommodation, it was cheeky not to contact the customer in the event of a timely cancellation.
We would certainly have liked to consider accommodation at a different time but not under the circumstances.
I can also imagine that this is not distinguished by unfriendliness but simply by massive incompetence. 0 stars and the ad is out!
