Obwohl am Telefon ganz was anderes ausgemacht wurde! Absolut unfreundlich, unverschämt und auf betrügerische Art treist! Attention!!! Really lousy rip-off! The boss personally picked us up from Zell am See train station and wanted us despite 10 hours. Fully deduct pre-order. Although something completely different was made out on the phone! Absolutely rude, outrageous and fraudulent!

Der Fahrer war pünktlich und hat mir geholfen beim einsteigen und aussteigen preis war top ????? Had a bicycle accident and was very pleasantly driven from the hospital to the property. R	Renate Wegenkittl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Sommer hatte ich eine sehr enttäuschende Fahrt mit dem Taxi Unternehmen meines Vertrauen. Also meiner Meinung nach muss man nicht dem Fahrgast, seine Lebensgeschichte (Private Sorgen/Probleme,Freundin im Ausland) erzählen. Vorallem wenn man so unsicher wie der Taxilenker fährt und viel zu schnell, weil er glaubt jemanden etwas beweisen zu wollen. Reine Katastrophe. Anschließend wollte er noch meine Privat Nummer! Ist es so schwer eine ruhige/sichere Fahrt von A nach B zu bekommen ohne das jemand so aufdringlich ist. Beim bezahlen, besaß er auch noch die Frechheit, Trinkgeld zu verlangen für seine Unhöfliche Art. Beim nächsten mal überlege ich mir nochmal genau ob ich mit dem Taxifahrer mitfahre bzw. mit dem Unternehmen. In the summer I had a very disappointing taxi company of my trust. So in my opinion you don't have to tell the passenger his life story (private worries / problems, girlfriend abroad). Especially when you drive as unsafe as the taxi driver and far too fast because he thinks he wants to prove something to someone. Pure disaster. Then he wanted my private number! Is it so difficult to get a smooth / safe drive from A to B without someone being so pushy. When paying, he also had the cheek to ask for tips for his rude manner. The next time I'll think twice about whether I'm going with the taxi driver or with the company.

H	Heisenberg 001 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir nutzten diesen Service über das Seehotel Bellevue um jeden Morgen/Abend zum Skigebiet gebracht/abgeholt zu werden. Am ersten Tag war der Taxifahrer ca.10 Minuten zu spät und entschuldigte sich hierfür. Ich war mit seiner Begründung fein. Am 3 Tag jedoch erreichte ich das Taxi 16:31, die vereinbarte Abholzeit ist 16:30 Uhr. Der Fahrer des Taxis belehrte mich daraufhin wieso ich zu spät sei, die anderen Gäste warten schon seit 10 Minuten und er wäre jetzt beinahe abgefahren. Als ich sagte, was sein Problem sei, dass wir doch pünktlich sind (Uhr zeigte 16:32 Uhr) - reagierte er patzig, ob ich eine falsche Uhr habe, die Uhr nicht kann etc.... Er redete davon, dass die Gäste warten, aber dabei bin ich ebenso Gast des Hotels und habe den Service gebucht. Aufgrund dieses sehr unprofessionellen Verhaltens vergebe ich 1 Stern und hoffe der Service ändert sich hier! We used this service through the Seehotel Bellevue to be dropped off/picked up to the ski area every morning/evening. On the first day the taxi driver was about 10 minutes late and apologized for this. I was fine with his reasoning. On the 3rd day, however, I reached the taxi at 4:31 p.m., the agreed pick-up time is 4:30 p.m. The taxi driver then instructed me why I was late, the other guests had been waiting for 10 minutes and he almost drove off. When I said what his problem was, that we were on time (the clock showed 4:32 p.m.) - he reacted snotty, whether I had the wrong clock, the clock couldn't etc... He talked about the guests wait, but I am also a guest of the hotel and have booked the service. Because of this very unprofessional behavior I give 1 star and hope the service changes here!
