If you need anything Apple, be it purchasing or service, then don't hesitate to let Tools at Work handle things for you. They are fast and professional, and if you live in Vienna, they also offer cheaper and better options than Apple's own AppleCare. Highly recommended!
K	Karl Horky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful both in sales and repairs (in the Werkstatt). Brought in a MacBook Pro 2016 to get the defective keyboard switched out. They ordered the parts and let me keep my MacBook while they were being shipped, provided I leave 300€ deposit (Kaution) to make sure that I actually come back. The parts arrived 2 days later and the repair then took half a day, both of which I was notified of via SMS. Highly recommended.

The backlight of my MacBook wasn't working anymore, so I looked for authorised apple service providers in the area. When I first called, the employee was extremely friendly and knew what I was talking about right away, even explained that this is a problem with the model itself and this would normally be covered by apple (given no other damage) - when I had called the apple customer service before, I wasn't informed of that, quite an important detail the apple customer service left out I'd say. So I stopped by Tools At Work without an appointment, showed them my laptop, after 5-10 minutes I got it back and was informed that it was eligible for free repair and that I would be informed when the spare part would have arrived. Not even two days later, I dropped off my MacBook and within two hours it had already been fixed (and cleaned!). Great service, friendly team, spare yourself the hassle with apple's customer service and go there directly!!
