Hart aber Herzlich, anders lässt es sich nicht umschreiben und der Chef nimmt sich gern persönlich Zeit um den Umgang mit Pfeil und Bogen näherzubringen, in nur wenigen Minuten trifft man auch sein Ziel und das Gerät wird auf jeden Individuell abgestimmt. Gerade auch Anfängern, die etwas Hilfe benötigen sehr zu empfehlen. Das ist meiner Erfahrung nach in Bogenshops nicht so üblich. There is great advice, top quality and the price is right. Ich habe zu Weihnachten einen Bogen geschenkt bekommen, dann ist mir ein kleiner Fehler unterlaufen und die Sehne meines Compound-Bogen ist aus der Cam gesprungen. Obwohl ich den Bogen nicht dort gekauft habe hat mir Toni umgehend mit der Bogenpresse die Sehne neu eingehängt. Danach haben wir den Bogen noch im Hof getestet und ich muss sagen, ich war so begeistert über diese Art von Kundenservice das Tonis Bogenkistl hiermit einen neuen Kunden gewonnen hat. So funktioniert Kundenservice, selbst wenn ich bis zu dem Zeitpunkt noch nicht Kunde dort war. Echt Top, bitte mach weiter so. So I don't even know how to write that now. I got a bow for Christmas, then I made a small mistake and the tendon of my compound bow jumped out of the cam. Although I didn't buy the bow there, Toni immediately reattached the string to me with the bow press. After that we tested the bow in the yard and I have to say, I was so excited about this kind of customer service that Tonis Bogenkistl won a new customer with it. This is how customer service works, even if I haven't been a customer by then. Really great, please keep it up.

Ich Zahl lieber ein bißchen etwas mehr, dafür weiß ich was ich bekomme und es passt dann auch zu mir. Werde wieder vorbei schauen. Top advice and training in archery.
