Habe nun abermals um Rückerstattung gebeten, mal sehen ob es weiterer Schritte bedarf. No delivery, no answer to email, no refund of the amount paid in advance... ?? finally ordered directly from the manufacturer and the allegedly non-deliverable goods were delivered to the house within a few days from Germany. Have now asked for a refund again, let's see if further steps are needed.

Hinzu kommt noch, dass das Futter dem Hund nicht schmeckt und es leider keine Zufriedenheitsgarantie wie in Deutschland gibt. Die Bestellung kann nur komplett zurück gesendet werden. Das klappt dann wohl nie... Unfortunately, the processing and delivery took almost a working week. In addition, the dog does not like the food and unfortunately there is no satisfaction guarantee as in Germany. The order can only be returned in its entirety. That will probably never work ...
