Sind sofort freundlich zum Tisch geführt worden. Bestellung ging flott und alles wurde auch schnell geliefert. Die Käsespätzle schmecken ein wenig langweilig wegen des Goudas, aber der Bacon Burger... Der war wahnsinnig gut. Besser als in manchen Burger Lokalen. 1a empfehlenswert!!

Service top, freundlich, schnell, professionell. Essen sehr lecker, gute Auswahl, gerade auch für Kinder, Preise angemessen. Wäre das Museum auch so gut gemacht, wäre es ein perfekter Besuch gewesen.

Chaotic and rude service. I have no problem if things take a long time at peak hours but when the wrong food for another table comes twice and half our order seems to be forgotten, asking politely about it should not result in rude and dismissive answers. Not once did they even let me finish my sentence! All three members of staff we interacted were stressed and took it out on us and other customers.

Food is OK, but this place seems seriously understaffed. It's the only Cafe in the museum building and you may literally ruin your day if you go there during peak time. Extreme wait time (1hr7m in my case for a regular shnitzel, fries and broth), tables not being cleaned for an hour or so and staff arguing with angry customers. Really, this place has its average rating not without a reason.

Went there with my boyfriend after our visit at the museum. The foods and drinks were rather expensive, but I guess you pay for the location. What I found really odd was that you can get a vegan burger, but there are no plant-based alternatives for milk on the menu. This is unusual, but I still thought I'd just ask, because I've been in many cafés and restaurants where they have alternative, but they aren't listed. Asking never hurt anybody, right? When we ordered coffee the waitress was very quick to interrupt me while I asked if they had soy milk or any other plant based milk. She cut me off with "we have lactose free milk". I told her I didn't want that and asked again for soy milk (or anything else plant-based), and she said yes to that, too. I made sure we were talking about the same thing again, and she still said that they had that. Sadly, as expected I got lactose free milk and we told her, that that was the wrong order. She tried to defend herself, it was overall a really awkward situation. (Just for clarification: This review is in English, but I am a native German speaker, so a language barrier was not the issue!) Anyway, we returned the order and I got something else to drink, and when we paid she apologized. But I think the whole thing could have been avoided if she hadn't interrupted me while ordering, because then I would have just ordered anything else in the first place. Also, I'm usually chill about mistakes like that because we're all just human, but her being rude definitely makes us not want to come back.
