W	Weekendler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich. Kassiererin, hat gesehen das noch ein Kunde kommt und hat vor seiner Nase das Schild hingestellt,dass der Schalter nicht mehr besetzt ist. Gespräche am Kassenschalter werden viel zu laut geführt, dass jeder andere Kunde mitbekommt um was es geht. Sehr unmotivierte unfreundliche, Mitarbeiter. Und von wegen Diskretion, wenn ich als Bankmitarbeiter so laut rede, dass es alle Kunden mitbekommen. Eine Nachschulung, wie verhalte ich mich gegenüber meinen Kunden,würde euch sehr gut tun! Die Betreuer sitzen in ihren Büros und weigern jegliches Gespräch ohne einen Termin. Man wird weder begrüßt noch persönlich angesprochen, stattdessen soll man mit irgendeinem Assistenten einen Termin vereinbaren. Der Assistent besteht dann auch noch darauf zu wissen, was mein Anliegen wäre. Termine richten sich nicht an den Kundenwünschen, sondern an denen des Betreuers. For about half a year, the customer service of the Sparkasse means customers only after appointments to look after. The supervisors sit in their offices and refuse any conversation without an appointment. You are neither welcomed nor personally addressed, instead you should make an appointment with any assistant. The assistant then also has to know what my concern would be. Appointments are not based on customer wishes, but on those of the supervisor.

Die Mitarbeiter beim Schalter sind sehr kompetent und geduldig, vor allem mit einrichten des internetbanking. Danke alleine hätte ich es nicht geschafft. Alle Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr freundlich und bemüht (auch zu Zeiten von Corona). Meine Beraterin Frau Frisch..... hat immer ein Lächeln bereit, ist sehr kompetent und gibt immer ihr bestes mir zu helfen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ist der eigene Betreuer auf Urlaub gibt es stets kompetente Vertretung. Vor der Bank gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten! I have been a savings bank customer for years and feel very well looked after. All employees are very friendly and helpful, if your own supervisor is on vacation there is always competent representation. There is parking in front of the bank!
