Nach einem halben Jahr mit sehr wenig Anfragen hatten wir die Hoffnung schon fast aufgegeben und dachten uns die Lage des Hauses sei sehr schwierig. Durch die Medien wurden wir auf die Firma Tirol Real Estate aufmerksam, wir vereinbarten einen Termin mit Michael Hauser, mit fast gar keiner Hoffnung übergaben wir Ihm den Auftrag zum Verkauf des Hauses. Am nächsten Tag wurden sofort professionelle Fotos sowie ein 3D Rundgang des kompletten Hauses angefertigt, die Immobilie wurde sauber aufgearbeitet, es wurde ein exklusives Expose aufbereitet und die Immobilie wurde vorab an mehrere Suchkunden aus der Kartei der Firma verschickt. Und siehe da, es kamen jeden Tag mehrere Anfragen und Michael hatte täglich mehrere Besichtigungen. Die Immobilie wurde wirklich in Rekordzeit verkauft!! Michael half uns außerdem bei jedem behördlichen Gang und stand uns fachkundig bei allen Fragen zur Seite! After half a year with very few inquiries, we had almost given up hope and thought the location of the house was very difficult. Through the media we became aware of the Tirol Real Estate company, we made an appointment with Michael Hauser, with almost no hope we gave him the order to sell the house. The next day, professional photos and a 3D tour of the entire house were immediately taken, the property was refurbished, an exclusive synopsis was prepared and the property was sent to several search customers from the company's file in advance. And lo and behold, there were several requests every day and Michael had several visits every day. The property was really sold in record time !!
