Eine bestehende Markise mit mind. 200cm Ausfall wurde durch
eine neue Markilux Markise ersetzt. Gleich nach der Montage stellte
sich heraus, dass sie aber nur max.180cm heraus zu kurbeln ist,
obwohl die Besichtigung der alten Markise und Beratung vor Ort erfolgte.
Die Rechnung war bereits bezahlt und so wurde unsere
Anfrage nach den Möglichkeiten einer Nachbesserung für
die Kundenzufriedenheit einfach totgeschwiegen.
Auch weitere Nachfragen blieben unbeantwortet und der Hersteller verwies auf den Händler.
