Man wird von der Chefin selbst behandelt, die nicht nur sehr sympathisch ist, sondern ihre Arbeit auch mit höchster Kompetenz erledigt. Auch die Terminvereinbarung ist sehr kundenfreundlich und die Termineinhaltung zu 100% verlässlich. Was für mich besonders wichtig ist, dass ich immer von der gleichen Person behandelt werde. Die Öffnungszeiten sind sehr kundenorientiert, weil man das ein oder andere Mal auch bis nach 18 Uhr behandelt werden kann.
I have been a Tijana Beatuy Atelier customer since 2017 (both cosmetics and nails). One is treated by the boss herself, who is not only very sympathetic, but also does her job with the highest level of competence. Appointment is also very customer-friendly and deadlines are 100% reliable. What is especially important to me is that I am always treated by the same person. The opening times are very customer-oriented, because one or the other time until after 18 o'clock can be treated.
