i	ivan lucic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solange mann eine Wohnung gemietet hat, haben sie sich um einen gekümmert.. aber ab dem Zeitpunkt ab dem wir unsere Mietkaufwohnung gekauft hatten, hat sich niemand mehr um einen geschert und mann muss für alles X-mal nachfragen oder nachlaufen das mann eine Info bekommt. Zustände der Anlagen sind den Objektbetreuern egal.. aber hauptsache abkassieren. Einfach nur traurig. Von Professionalität fehlt jede spur. Da sind ihnen andre Innsbrucker Wohnbauträger von denen ich hier keine Namen nennen will weit vorraus.. As long as you have rented an apartment, they took care of you .. but from the time we bought our rental apartment, nobody cared about you anymore and you have to ask for everything X times or run after you get an information . The condition of the systems are irrelevant to the property managers .. but the main thing is to cash in. Just sad. There is no trace of professionalism. There are other Innsbruck housing developers, of whom I do not want to name any names, are far ahead of you.

B	Bernadette Nessmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann nur gutes Berichten; egal welche Anfrage bzw. welches Problem, wohne seit bald 50 Jahren in meiner Wohnung (von Geburt an, Eltern sind in Eigenheim gezogen) hatte und habe immer mit kompetenten, freundlich interessierten Mitarbeitern der Tigewosi zu tun. Can only report well; no matter what request or problem, I have lived in my apartment for almost 50 years (from birth, parents have moved into their own home) and always have to do with competent, friendly, interested Tigewosi employees.

Wenn man ganz normal und höflich eine Frage stellt, erwartet man sich nicht, direkt angeschnauzt zu werden. Solche Menschen sollten nicht in dieser Abteilung sitzen. Danke für nichts! Customer service looks different and I speak from experience as I was in customer service myself for several years. If you ask a question in a normal and polite way, you don't expect to be snapped at directly. Such people shouldn't be in this department. Thanks for nothing!
