Gerne schicke ich Ihnen ein Foto von Telefonat bzw. die Telefonnummer von jemanden, der dabei war als wir telefoniert haben. Falls es Ihnen mit der Erinnerung hilft. Mein Kommentar dazu: Fehler kann jedem passieren, sich zu entschuldigen zeigt Stärke und Professionalität. Ich würde Ihnen meinen Hund aufgrund Ihrer Unprofessionalität nicht anvertrauen, daher habe ich tatsächlich einen neuen Termin bei Ihnen abgelehnt. Irgendwelche Fachkräfte und Unprofessionalität ist für meinen Hund nicht gut genug! Daher bin ich froh, dass das Ganze passiert ist, bevor ich Ihnen meinen Hund anvertraut habe...
