M	Marion Lehner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Chef und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Tierschutzhaus sehr gepflegt man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl und man sieht wie liebevoll die Tiere behandelt werden. Da spendet man gerne das kommt zu 100 Prozent den Tieren zu Gute. Danke an den Chef und die Mitarbeiter die sich sooo liebevoll um die Tiere kümmern. The boss and the employees very friendly. Animal shelter very well maintained you feel very comfortable there and you can see how lovingly the animals are treated. People like to donate that 100 percent benefits the animals. Thanks to the boss and the staff who look after the animals so lovingly.

Wir sind hingefahren und haben sehr viele Katzen gesehen die nicht online sind oder waren. Leider wurden wir anfangs von der mitarbeiterin ignoriert und als man dann endlich nachfragen konnte wegen den Katzen sind alle vergeben oder man muss 2 Katzen nehmen...da wir bereits Tiere haben ist das nicht möglich. Schade aber wir suchen jetzt wieder bei anderen TSH und in willhaben We have been there several times now because we wanted to get a cat back. We went there and saw a lot of cats that are not or were not online. Unfortunately, we were initially ignored by the employee and when you could finally ask because the cats are all taken or you have to take 2 cats ... because we already have animals that is not possible. It's a shame but we're now looking at other TSHs and in willhaben
L	Lisa Johansson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin seit kurzem Patin am Sonnenhof und gehe öfters mit einem der Hunde spazieren. Ich finde das ganz großartig, denn man sieht oft die selben Leute mit den Hunden spazieren - also dürften auch mehrere Personen von so einer Patenschaft Gebrauch nehmen. Ich finde es super, wenn man immer mit demselben Hund spazieren gehen kann und eine Bindung zu dem Tier aufbauen kann. Ich kann so eine Patenschaft nur weiterempfehlen! Der Sonnenhof ist wirklich sehr gepflegt und auch auf Corona-Richtlinien wird momentan sehr viel Wert gelegt! Das Personal ist sowohl beim Empfang als auch bei den Tieren sehr sehr nett und total zuvorkommend. Die Spaziermöglichkeiten sind auch super und man wird auch zuvor gut eingewiesen bzw. bekommt einen Hund, den man auch wirklich ohne Bedenken gut ausführen kann. I recently became the sponsor at the Sonnenhof and often go for walks with one of the dogs. I think that's really great, because you often see the same people walking the dogs - so several people should take advantage of such a sponsorship. I think it's great when you can always go for a walk with the same dog and develop a bond with the animal. I can only recommend such a sponsorship! The Sonnenhof is really well maintained and a lot of importance is currently attached to Corona guidelines! The staff is very, very nice and very courteous, both at the reception and with the animals. The walking opportunities are also great and you are given a good briefing beforehand or you get a dog that you can really walk without hesitation.

Wir haben uns für eine Katze interessiert und die Tierpflegerinnen haben gesagt sie hat noch keine Interessenten und sie freuen sich wenn wir sie nehmen wollen, aber der Tierarzt muss sie am nächsten Tag noch anschauen. Dann mussten wir 2 Tage auf eine Rückmeldung warten und nach 2 Tagen wurde uns gesagt es gab einen besseren Platz für die Katze. Was für uns ein ziemlicher Schock war und total unerwartet kam. Theoretisch ist es ja ok, wenn immer der beste Platz für ein Tier gesucht wird, aber wenn es keine Vergaberichtlinien gibt und man nichts gefragt wird dann drängt sich die Frage auf wonach dann entschieden wird......Sympathie? Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with this animal shelter. We were interested in a cat and the zookeepers said it has no prospects yet and they are happy if we want to take it, but the vet has to look at it the next day. Then we had to wait 2 days for a response and after 2 days we were told there was a better place for the cat. Which was quite a shock for us and totally unexpected. Theoretically it is ok if the best place for an animal is always sought, but if there are no allocation guidelines and nothing is asked then the question arises as to what will be decided ...... Sympathy?

Bei der Vergabe der Tiere an neue Besitzer wird sehr verantwortungsvoll vorgegangen, oft geht die Übernahme einer Patenschaft voraus. Allein die Möglichkeit, die Hunde bei ausgedehnten Spaziergãngen näher kennenzulernen, ist sehr toll! Always nice to see how many animals, some of which have had a bad history, are given joy in life again! The animals are given to new owners in a very responsible manner, often preceded by adoption of a sponsorship. Just the opportunity to get to know the dogs better during long walks is great!

Vermittlung ging sehr schnell, wir haben unsere Katze vor 2 Jahren geholt, die ist jetzt glücklich in ihrem neuen Zuhause. Very nice clean shelter, the staff is always ready and committed. Placement went very quickly, we got our cat 2 years ago, she is now happy in her new home.
