Außerordentlich freundlich und kompetent! Stets bemüht! Ich habe nicht nur fachlich wahnsinnig viel mitgenommen, sondern auch im Umgang mit Besitzer und Patient, denn diese stehen stets an erster Stelle! Großes Lob und auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert, denn hier werden alle Möglichkeiten ausgeschöpft um Ihrem Liebling zu helfen! As an intern (Vetmed student) behind the scenes, I can only summarize the following: Great team! Great cooperation! Extremely friendly and competent! Always trying! Not only did I take a lot with me professionally, but also in dealing with the owner and patient, because they always come first! High praise and definitely recommendable, because all possibilities are exhausted here to help your darling!
C	Carina h on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1x und nie wieder! Wollten unbedingt zu zweit mit der Ärztin sprechen aber wg. Corona sei nur eine Person erlaubt, sind dann unseren Unmut kundmachend gegangen. Denn ganz so ernst kann man's dann aber nicht nehmen, wenn Mitarbeiter ohne FFP2 Maske rumrennen. Danke für Nichts! 1x and never again! Definitely wanted to talk to the doctor for two, but wg. Corona was only allowed to one person, then we left showing our displeasure. Because you can't take it that seriously when employees run around without an FFP2 mask. Thanks for nothing!

Da Notfälle bekanntlich meistens am Wochenende passieren waren wir auch schon 2x dort: Beim ersten Mal um unsere alte Katze einzuschläfern (der beim Fell wegrasieren die Haut aufgerissen wurde, obwohl das denke ich nicht nötig gewesen wäre) und beim zweiten Mal mit unserem Kater, mit Verdacht auf Kieferbruch. Nach 10 Tagen stationären Aufenthalt wo uns jeden Tag berichtet wurde das es ihm gut geht, und auf konkrete Fragen keine Antwort gegeben werden konnte, haben wir diesen heim bekommen, und er ist gleich wieder bei unsere Haustierärztin eingezogen weil wer hätte es gedacht: „es ihm nicht gut gegangen ist „ Nach insgesamt 14 Tagen torture hatte er aufgegeben und wir mussten ihn ebenfalls einschläfern. Ich hätte mir gewünscht das man von Anfang an ehrlich gewesen wäre, da man der Katze viel Leid ersparen hätte können. Unfortunately never had a good experience. I would have wished that you would have been honest from the beginning, because you could have saved the cat a lot of suffering.
