Beide Male wurde wir kompetent und liebevoll betreut. Herzliches und freundliches Team! Nach einem Check und weiteren Untersuchungen konnte man uns sagen wie die Lage ist (musste leider Operiert werden). Wurden aber davor über die Kosten und Möglichkeiten aufgeklärt. Auch nach der OP einfach Top. Es folgte heute sogar ein Anruf wie es unserer Katze geht, war überrascht und fand dies sehr nett. Wurde gefragt ob ich im Garten oder im Wartesaal die Infusion für meinen Hund möchte. War sehr überrascht! Eine tolle Idee mit dem kleinen Häuschen, das sehentlich, liebevoll eingerichtet wurde. Sogar Kaffee und Wasser wurde mir angeboten! Die Diagnose und Medikamente wurden mir sehr genau und präzise erklärt. Preisleistungsverhältnis wie bei einem Landtierarzt, obwohl man sich in einer Klinik befindet die 24h also rund um die Uhr geöffnet hat. Werde in Zukunft nur mehr in diese Tierklinik fahren und sie in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen! Friendly and very competent staff, very empathetic to people and animals!
