Die Diagnose stand eigentlich schon von Anfang an fest, dennoch wurden einige sehr kostspielige und für meinen Hund sehr unangenehme und sogar schmerzhafte Untersuchungen durchgeführt. Noch eine Woche später litt er an Schmerzen aufgrund der Behandlung, die keinerlei Mehrwert hatte. Bin sehr enttäuscht. Unfortunately I cannot give a good rating. The diagnosis was actually clear from the start, but some very expensive tests were carried out which were very uncomfortable and even painful for my dog. A week later, he was still suffering from pain from the treatment, which had no added value. Am very disappointed.

Die Diagnose wurde uns durch Röntgenaufnahmen sehr kompetent unterbreitet und genau erörtert. Wir wurden nach erfolgter OP vom aufnehmenden Arzt sehr nett und freundlich vom Gesundheitszustand unserer Katze telefonisch informiert. B	Birgit Walcher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir fühlten uns mit unserem schwer kranken Hund sehr gut aufgehoben und beraten. Obwohl es für uns eine sehr weite Anreise bedeutet, fahren wir gerne wieder hin, wenn unserem Hund dort geholfen werden kann. The staff was very friendly and tried hard. We felt very well cared for and advised with our seriously ill dog. Although it means a very long journey for us, we are happy to go back if our dog can be helped there.

The clarity and depth of information made the difference. They treat owners with the time and care needed when stressed or worried and the level of treatment is unparalleled since arriving in Austria. The distance we travelled was worth every minute and the whole clinic is of highest standard We thank them, and Echo was treated with gold medal service!
A	Alkis Mavridis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insensitive treatment. The doctor said that my little cockatiel is fine and we should go home. When I drove back, it was dead. I still don't know why. The doctor also cut its nails (which had nothing to do with its symptoms), and he cut them too deep, causing the poor bird to scream and bleed. Why? Its last moments could have more decency, more love, less anxiety. She did not deserve such insensitive tratment. RIP Pecky. I will miss you so much my angel.
