W	Werner Haring on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man eine Notfallnummer zur Verfügung stellt, dann erwartet man sich auch eine ehestmögliche Behandlung, nicht auf die normalen Ordinationszeiten warten müssen! Mein Haustier hatte einen Beckenbruch, da kann ich nicht warten, ansonsten hätte ich auch nicht angerufen. Danach auch noch unfreundlich, wenn man sich gezwungenermaßen an einen anderen Tierarzt wendet. Bereits in der Vergangenheit musste ich negative Erfahrungen mit der Praxis machen: wenn eine Sprechstundenhilfe fragt, ob man einen Folgetermin gleich ausmachen möchte, obwohl man total fertiger mit einem eingeschläferten Tier aus dem Ordinationsraum kommt, dann ist man entsetzt. If you provide an emergency number, you also expect the earliest possible treatment, not having to wait for the normal office hours! My pet had a broken pelvis, so I can't wait, otherwise I wouldn't have called. After that, even unfriendly, if you are forced to turn to another veterinarian. I have had negative experiences with the practice in the past: when a consultation assistant asks whether you want to make a follow-up appointment straight away, even though you come out of the ordination room with an euthanized animal, you are horrified.

Danke an Dr. Payer und sein Team ,dass er sich wieder super erholt hat!!! Very friendly and competent. Our cat had 2 major operations after a car accident. Thanks to Dr. Payer and his team that he has recovered super again!

Unser Kater Garfield war ein Notfall und hat sich nach einer Rauferei arg verletzt,nach einer OP und kurzen Aufenthalt in der Klinik hat er sich prächtig erholt. Er hat einfach nochmal mehr Herz wie manche andere Tierärzte. Preis-Leistung ist in Ordnung und nicht abgehoben. Bei Terminen hatte ich immer etwas Wartezeit da es meist einem Tier schlechter gegangen ist wie meinem, da ich selber mit Notfall Katze kam habe ich dafür Verständnis. Jeder kann mal einen Notfall haben. Die Empfangsdamen sind freundlich u.sagen sollte es länger dauern das man evt.einen Weg erledigen kann. Ich kann Dr.Payer empfehlen, er ist großartig. A really great vet. Our tomcat Garfield was in an emergency and was badly injured after a fight. After an operation and a short stay in the clinic, he recovered splendidly. He just has more heart than some other vets. Value for money is okay and not aloof. I always had to wait a bit for appointments because one animal was usually worse than mine, and since I came with an emergency cat myself, I understand that. Anyone can have an emergency. The receptionists are friendly and say it should take longer that you can possibly do a way. I can recommend Dr.Payer, he is great.

Als Hund vor einigen Jahren Samstag Abend um 22 Uhr ne Kolik hatte und ich Dr. Payer anrief, konnte ich sofort hinkommen und dem Hund wurde geholfen. Bei der Rechnung war ich verwundert, es war recht günstig und das am Wochenende. Die Nachfolgeuntersuchung war kostenlos. Nun musste ich wieder mit dem Hund wegen eines anderen Problems hin, Diagnose erfordert eine OP, ich wurde gut aufgeklärt und hoffe, dass die OP gut verlaufen wird. Ich finde mein Hund ist dort gut aufgehoben. So I can't say anything negative here. A few years ago, when the dog had colic at 10 p.m. on Saturday evening and I was Dr. Payer called, I was able to come straight away and the dog was helped. I was surprised when I got the bill, it was quite cheap and that on the weekend. The follow-up examination was free of charge. Now I had to go back with the dog for another problem, diagnosis requires surgery, I got well informed and hope that the operation will go well. I think my dog is in good hands there.

Haben bei unserem Dackel sogar eine Krebsbehandlung durchgeführt vor 2 Jahren und seit dem alles Tip Top. Danke an das Team der Tierklinik. Very great team. I have both dogs at this clinic. Very competent and very sensitive. Can only be recommended. We even treated our dachshund for cancer 2 years ago and since then everything has been tip top. Thanks to the team at the vet clinic.
