Auf sozialer Ebene seid ihr komplett inkompetent und ihr schafft es nicht mal einen Schäferhund zu Zweit zu halten! Noch dazu muss man sich aufs tiefste beschimpfen lassen bevor einem überhaupt geholfen wird.. Bzw. Die Helfen einem nicht, die Beschimpfen einen sowieso nur und benutzen zum verabschieden "Schleichts eich!". Höchst Professionell.. Muss i schon sagen! Ich persönlich rate DRINGENDST davor ab, ein Tier dort abzugeben oder abzuholen! Wer weiß was die mit den wehrlosen Tieren machen, wenn die scho gegenüber Menschen respektlos und aggressiv sind. A cheek that you are allowed to take animals at all. On a social level you are completely incompetent and you can't even keep a German Shepherd for two! In addition, you have to let yourself be insulted in the deepest possible way before you are even helped .. Or rather, the ones don't help you, the insults only anyway and use "sneak up!" To say goodbye. Very professional .. I have to say! Personally, I STRONGLY advise against dropping off or picking up an animal there! Who knows what they do with the defenseless animals when they are disrespectful and aggressive towards people.

Ich war auf der Suche nach einer Katze bzw einem Mäusefänger und hab mich dazu entschlossen diese vom Tierheim zu holen, um dieser einen neuen Lebensraum zu bieten und das Tierheim zu entlasten. ??? Da meine Tochter Katzen sehr gern hat, hab ich die Abholung natürlich so geplant, dass sie dabei sein kann wenn wir unseren neuen Mitbewohner nach Hause holen. ? Nach drei Telefonaten mit dem Tierheim haben wir uns beschlossen ihn Heute abzuholen. Jedoch hat es bei diesen Telefonaten niemand geschafft mich darüber zu informieren, dass der ein bisschen mürrische und leicht bissige 'Frechdax' 70€ kostet. ??‍♂️ Fazit war, dass wir bzw meine Tochter mit Tänen in den Augen wieder nach Hause gefahren sind. Ich weiß schon, dass sich die Tierheim auch irgendwie finanzieren bzw über Wasser halten müssen. Jedoch wäre eine Information über finanzielle Kosten wünschenswert gewesen. ☝? Ich wünsche euch trotzdem alles Gute für euer Tierheim und eure Tiere. ? First of all I have to say that there are these 3 stars for the beautifully maintained and clean animal shelter! ??? Since my daughter is very fond of cats, I of course planned the pick-up so that she can be there when we bring our new roommate home. ? After three phone calls with the animal shelter, we decided to pick him up today. However, nobody has it on these phone calls managed to inform me that the somewhat grumpy and slightly snappy 'Frechdax' costs € 70. ??‍♂️ The conclusion was that we or my daughter drove back home with tears in their eyes. I already know that the animal shelters have to finance themselves somehow or stay afloat. However, information about financial costs would have been desirable. ☝? Nevertheless, I wish you all the best for your animal shelter and your animals. ?
P	Peter Bichler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ...so freche, streitsüchtige und respektlose Leute dort in diesen Tierheim... solch einem Tierheim sollte die Zulassung entzogen werden... selten habe ich Leute kennengelernt die sich auf solch einen tiefen Niveau befinden. Ich kann nur jeden raten, einen großen Bogen um dieses Tierheim zu machen... Selbst mein Hund ist vor denen geflüchtet... Die Tiere tun mir leid die dort eingesperrt sind! ... such cheeky, contentious and disrespectful people there in this animal shelter ... such an animal shelter should have its approval withdrawn ... I have rarely met people who are at such a low level. I can only advise everyone to avoid this animal shelter ... Even my dog fled from them ... I feel sorry for the animals that are locked up there!

Es scheint ihr am Herzen zu liegen, dass man, wenn man ein Tier bei sich zu Hause aufnehmen möchte, auch ein echtes,vernünftiges und herzliches Verständnis für das Tier hat. Guter Eindruck! Sehr gute Beratung. Very competent manager of the animal shelter, friendly, professional contact, even if you come from far away. A	Alexandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem der Partner unserer Zwerghäsin am 2 Jänner verstorben ist waren wir auf der Suche nach einem neuen Familienmitglied. Bei einem Telefonat mit der "Chefin" vom Tierheim Altmünster wurde ich genau befragt, wie die vorhandene Häsin denn so wäre. Es wurde mir dann als neuer Partner der Erwin empfohlen, der sehr gut zur unserer seeehr dominanten Lucy passen würde (Alter, Größe und Charakter). Und was soll ich sagen, das war der passende Deckel auf den vorhandenen Topf. Die beiden verstehen sich super seit der 1ten Sekunde. Man merkt hier, dass die Mitarbeiter die Tiere genau kennen. Man wird super beraten (und auch sehr nett - verstehe manch andere Bewertung überhaupt nicht) und hat einfach gleich ein gutes Gefühl mit dem neuen Tier. Es wird auch zugesagt bei etwaigen Problemen jederzeit zu helfen (das war bei uns nicht nötig). Ich bin jedenfalls begeistert sowohl vom Tierheim (die Tiere sind sehr schön untergebracht) als auch von der "Chefin" und den Mitarbeitern. The two have got along great since the 1st second. You can tell here that the employees know the animals very well. You get great advice (and also very nice - I don't understand some other evaluations at all) and you just have a good feeling with the new animal. It is also promised to help with any problems at any time (that was not necessary for us). In any case, I am enthusiastic about both the animal shelter (the animals are very nicely housed) and the "boss" and the staff.
