★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bislang musste ich die Leistungen zum Glück noch nicht in Anspruch nehmen, jedoch hatte ich ein sehr nettes Telefonat um mich über Krematorium, Urnen usw. zu informieren (weil Katze schwerz krank). Es wirkte auf mich sehr bemüht, kompetent & einfühlsam. ?
Wenn das Unvermeidliche eines Tages kommt, werde ich sehr gerne darauf zurückkommen.
 Fortunately, I haven't had to use the services so far, but I had a very nice phone call to find out more about the crematorium, urns, etc. (because cats are seriously ill). It looked very hard to me, competent & sensitive. ?
If one day the inevitable comes, I will be happy to come back to it.
