Always come back for years. It takes time and you feel comfortable there (also the animals I think). Waiting times are also usually short. Absolutely to suggest!

I have been a customer of the Pottenbrunn veterinary practice for about 3 years and cannot report a single negative experience! There are actually only positive things: The staff is extremely professional and competent. With every intervention, vaccination, etc., no matter how small, the possible risks are always discussed and the best option from the patient (animal) point of view is sought. At the same time, the necessary steps and background of the diagnosis are explained to the customer in an understandable way. As a customer, you have the feeling that you know exactly why and how the treatment is carried out. There is always enough time for the treatment, there is never any stress. However, the costs for normal examinations are not calculated according to time, but on the basis of an ordination fee (approx. € 25) to which the costs of the required medication are added (as of February 2021). So price / performance is absolutely understandable and fair. Appointments are actually always available at short notice (next day), and the new appointment system means there is no longer any waiting time. (In the past, you could appear without an appointment, and work was carried out on the first come first serve principle). Of course, emergencies always have priority and do not require an appointment, although I personally (thank God) have no experience with this.

Was there for the first time today, but certainly not the last time. Competent & friendly, everything was explained in detail and also asked. I'm also happy to accept a longer journey time.

Have been to the practice twice because of our hamsters. Both with Mrs. Mag., as well as with her husband, one has the feeling of being in good hands/knowing one's animals are in good hands! Even short-term appointments (emergencies) are also possible on weekends. What I also appreciate is that possible treatment steps are communicated & pros and cons are weighed. When making decisions, there is no urging but also time to think about it. All around: A practice where empathetic treatment is given and where people and animals can feel comfortable.
