 Very well equipped ordination - a really good choice in Graz for "complicated" operations, would classify him as a specialist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ordinationsassistentin aus Deutschland war äußert unhöflich. Obwohl ich regelmäßig komme und einen Folgetermin hatte, musste ich mit meinen kranken Hund zum nächsten Bankomaten gehen, da ich nicht genug Geld dabei hatte. Sie gestattete zwar einer Kundin vor mir, die Rechnung beim nächsten Besuch zu begleichen, ich war ihr leider wohl nicht sympathisch genug für dieses Entgegenkommen. Eine Zahlmöglichkeit mittels Bankomat würde diese Dinge natürlich erleichtern.
The ordination assistant from Germany was extremely rude. Although I come regularly and had a follow-up appointment, I had to take my sick dog to the nearest ATM because I didn't have enough money with me. Although she allowed a customer before me to settle the bill on her next visit, I was probably not sympathetic enough for her to do so. A payment option using an ATM would of course make these things easier.
