Vor allem ist Frau Dr. Israiloff eine sehr gute Diagnostikerin, betrachtet das Gesamtbild & geht sofort auf Ursachenforschung, sprich es werden nicht nur die Symptome behandelt - Sie ist auch sehr gut vernetzt und somit ist man wirklich rundum bestens versorgt. Ich kann die Praxis nur jedem empfehlen... Miss Dr. Israiloff & her team are highly professional, friendly, competent and also very loving to their patients - after moving I had to look around for a new vet for my boxer & since he constantly has something different, it was very important for me to find someone find whom I can trust - with Dr. Israiloff immediately got the feeling and up until now he has been helped immediately with every small or even larger problem - the practice is very modern and fits the overall picture. Mit gutem Gewissen lege ich allen Tierbesitzern diese Praxis ans Herz! Miss Dr. Israiloff and your team are doing an amazing job. Of the 5 vets that I have already got to know with my pets, this team led by Dr. Israiloff been the best. I recommend this practice to all animal owners with a clear conscience!
A	Anastazja Fischer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Dr. Israiloff und ihr Team sind stets professionell, bemüht und super freundlich im Umgang mit uns und unserer Dackeldame. Alle sind gut drauf und haben einen tollen Humor. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben in der modern und hell eingerichteten Ordination. Wir haben immer recht kurzfristig Termine bekommen und hatten kaum Wartezeiten. Auch die Untersuchungen selber (normales Checkup, Ohren, Maul anschauen, abtasten und abhören) gehen schnell über die Bühne, so dass der Hund kaum was „dagegen hat“. In unserem Fall hatten wir ein Problem mit Giardien, die aber erfolgreich mit sanften Mitteln (weil noch Junghund) behandelt wurden. Akute Verdauungsprobleme wurden schnell behoben, indem Fr. Dr. Israiloff uns rasch ein Termin gegeben hat und Rosina wurde mit (in diesem Fall) Antibiotika behandelt. Man kann auch jede Frage stellen, es wird immer sehr genau und verständlich geantwortet. Außer den medizinischen Aspekten, bekommt man viele nützliche Tipps bezüglich Hundeerziehung und Training, die wirklich schnell fruchten! Vermutlich steht uns bald eine Zahnextraktion bevor (persistierender Milch-Eckzahn), aber da mache ich mir keinerlei Gedanken, da Fr. Dr. Israiloff zusätzlich Fachärztin für Tierzahnmedizin ist und weiß was sie tut. Zusammengefasst: wir fühlen uns wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben und haben vollstes Vertrauen zum ganzen Team! Miss Dr. Israiloff and her team are always professional, hard-working and super friendly in dealing with us and our dachshund lady. Everyone is in a good mood and has a great sense of humor. You feel very comfortable and in good hands in the modern and brightly furnished ordination. We always got appointments at short notice and hardly had to wait. The examinations themselves (normal check-up, looking at the ears, mouth, palpating and listening) are carried out quickly, so that the dog hardly "has anything against". In our case we had a problem with Giardia, but they were successfully treated with gentle means (because they were still young dogs). Acute digestive problems were quickly resolved by Dr. Israiloff quickly gave us an appointment and Rosina was treated with (in this case) antibiotics. You can also ask any question, the answer is always very precise and understandable. In addition to the medical aspects, you get a lot of useful tips on dog education and training that really pay off quickly! We will probably have a tooth extraction soon (persistent milk canine), but I don’t worry about that, as Ms. Dr. Israiloff is also a specialist in veterinary dentistry and knows what she is doing. In summary: we really feel that we are in very good hands and have complete confidence in the whole team!

K	K V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was impressed by the attitude and kindness of the receptionist, as well as the doctors, who thoroughly examined my dog to find out what was causing her symptoms (nothing serious, thank goodness). I especially appreciate that the same amount of attention has been paid to her as to human patients in hospitals. I also liked that the staff is prepared for owners who don't speak German. Most of them speak excellent English, but those who doesn't, they also took the time to patiently explain everything to me. Maybe the only "contra" that the place isn’t exactly cheap, but I think it’s worth investing money for professional care and a 100% positive attitude towards both the owners and the patients.
