R	Riki Kollenbach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immer freundlich und kompetent. Beide Tierärztinnen nehmen sich Zeit für das Tier, ziehen dir aber nicht unnötig das Geld aus der Tasche. Sie scheuen sich auch nicht, dich an einen Fachtierarzt zu überweisen, wenn es notwendig ist. Always friendly and competent. Both vets take time for the animal, but do not unnecessarily pull the money out of your pocket. They are also not afraid to refer you to a specialist veterinarian if necessary.
L	Lotte CRHS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser kleiner bretonischer Spaniel hatte seit langer Zeit Probleme mit ihren Ohren (wir wohnten da noch in Deutschland) die stets voll mit bräunlichem Sekret waren. Man durfte oft nicht einmal am Ohr ankommen, da jaulte sie schon auf! Arzt Eins wusste was zu tun war; wissend nicken, teure Medikamente aufschreiben, mindestens 5x wiederkommen...und was war? Nix!!! Also wurde Arzt Zwei kontaktiert. Endlich einer der wusste, was zu tun ist..Jaja, das Problem ist bekannt, aber nach vielen Euros wird‘s garantiert besser...und was war? Nix!!! Veterinär Drei: neuer Sänger, altes Lied! Wir hatten eigentlich schon die Hoffnung aufgegeben, aber was tut man nicht alles für seine geliebten Vierbeiner! Nach Umzug nach Wien erfolgte ein neuer Anlauf. Oh, da ist eine Tierärztin in unserer Nähe, Termin vereinbart, ins Ohr geschaut, wissend genickt, Behandlung...und was war? Alles gut!!! Endlich eine Tierärztin, die sagt und weiß, was sie tut, empathisch ist bei Tier und Mensch, VIELEN DANK, Frau Dr. Copar, von uns, und ganz besonders von Lotte;-) Our little Breton Spaniel had had problems with their ears for a long time (we were still living in Germany), which were always full of brownish secretions. Often you weren't even allowed to reach your ear when she was yelping! Doctor One knew what to do; Nod knowingly, write down expensive medication, come back at least 5 times ... and what happened? Nothing!!! So Doctor Two was contacted. Finally someone who knew what to do..Yes, the problem is known, but after a lot of euros it will definitely get better ... and what happened? Nothing!!! Veterinary three: new singer, old song! We had actually given up hope, but what not to do for your beloved four-legged friends! After moving to Vienna, a new attempt was made. Oh, there is a veterinarian near us, made an appointment, looked in the ear, nodded knowingly, treatment ... and what happened? All good!!! Finally a veterinarian who says and knows what she is doing, is empathetic with animals and humans, THANK YOU, Dr. Copar, from us, and especially from Lotte ;-)
L	Lena Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine kleine bodenständige Praxis in der Klartext gesprochen wird ohne viel Umschweife agiert wird. Uns wurde damals mit unserem 16 Jahre alten Hund sehr geholfen so dass er noch ein paar schöne Jahre hatte. A small, down-to-earth practice in which plain language is spoken without much ado. We were helped a lot with our 16 year old dog so that he still had a few good years.
D	Das kleine Ich bin Ich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben hier im 19. und 18. Bezirk schon einige Tierärzte kennengelernt. Nachdem wir uns in einer ganz bestimmten Klinik das Gefühl hatten, als wären die sinnlosesten Untersuchungen wie Röntgen, Ultraschall, Blutbild eher aus ökonomischer als therapeutischer Sicht gemacht worden, ganz zu schweigen davon, wie sehr diese Untersuchungen die Tiere gestresst hat, haben wir bei Frau Dr Copar "unseren" Tierarzt gefunden. Es wird nicht lange herumgeredet. Ihr Erfahrungsschatz und unzweifelhafte Expertise beschleunigen jede Untersuchung. Notfälle werden eingeschoben und die Tiere so wenig wie möglich bei der Untersuchung "gestresst". Die Praxis ist klein aber fein und die Behandlungskosten sehr ansprechend. Hier sieht man, dass es auch anders geht und man keine Jugendstilvilla finanziert. Nicht, dass wir es uns wünschen, aber zu ihr gehen wir sofort wieder. After we had the feeling in a very specific clinic as if the most senseless examinations such as x-rays, ultrasound, blood count had been done from an economic rather than a therapeutic point of view, not to mention how much these examinations stressed the animals, we have with women Dr Copar found "our" vet. It doesn't get around for long. Their wealth of experience and undoubted expertise accelerate every investigation. Emergencies are inserted and the animals are "stressed" as little as possible during the examination. The practice is small but nice and the treatment costs are very affordable. Here you can see that there is another way and that you are not financing an Art Nouveau villa. Not that we want it to, but we'll go back to her in a heartbeat.
