Ich bin mit meiner Katze zu Ihnen gekommen, weil sie Durchfall hatte, ich habe Sie gefragt, ob es sein kann, dass meine Katze Würmer hat. Darauf sind Sie nicht eingegangen, Sie haben sich NICHT den Kot oder die Spuren vom Durchfall auf dem Fell meiner Katze angeschaut. Das wäre für mich wahrscheinlich gewesen. Stattdessen haben Sie Blut abgenommen, das war für meine Katze sehr sehr schmerzhaft weil das Blut sehr sehr langsam nur Tropfen für Tropen gekommen ist. Es hat ewig gedauert und meine Katze hat schon gezittert. Ich hatte gesagt, dass meine Katze genug Wasser trinkt, Sie haben ihr eine Infusion gegeben, also wieder eine Spritze und Schmerzen das hat auch wieder ewig gedauert und war mit Schmerzen verbunden. Sie verkauften mir noch ein Fläschchen Flüssignahrung und sagten mir, dass das alle Katzen gerne haben und Sie wollten wissen ob ich wirklich NUR ein Fläschchen kaufen möchte. Keiner meiner Katzen hat das je gefressen. Meiner Katze ging es danach nicht wirklich besser, das sagte ich Ihnen auch am nächsten Tag am Telefon. Ich musste meine Katze dann am nächsten Tag nicht mehr mitnehmen. Sie sagten mir am nächsten Tag bei der Befundbesprechung dass mit dem Blut alles in Ordnung sei. Das alles Kostete mich 160,00 Euro. Und das wars! Meiner Katze geht es bis heute nicht besser und ich werde einen anderen Tierarzt aufsuchen. Falls mich meine Katze nach diesem Erlebnis noch lässt. Ich würde Sie nicht weiterempfehlen. You did not respond, you did NOT look at the feces or the traces of diarrhea on my cat's coat. That would probably have been for me. Instead, you took blood, which was very painful for my cat because the blood came very very slowly, only drop by drop. It took forever and my cat was already shaking. I said that my cat was drinking enough water, you gave her an infusion, so another injection and pain that lasted forever and was painful. They sold me another bottle of liquid food and told me that all the cats like it and they wanted to know if I really wanted to buy ONLY a vial. None of my cats has ever eaten this. My cat did not feel better after that, so I told you on the phone the next day. I did not have to take my cat with me the next day. They told me the next day at the findings meeting that the blood was all right. All this cost me 160.00 euros. And that was it! My cat is not getting better and I will go to another vet. If my cat leaves me after this experience. I would not recommend you.
