S	Säbs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne und moderne Praxis. Wartezeit war ok. Die Tierärztin war sehr nett, einfühlsam und kompetent. Preise sind auch total in Ordnung. Hier fühlt man sich echt sehr gut aufgehoben und man hat auch überhaupt nicht das Gefühl, dass einem Behandlungen aufgedrückt werden, die nicht notwendig sind - im Gegenteil. Absolut empfehlenswert Ergänzung: Das Einzige was ich nach einigen Besuchen etwas kritisieren muss, ist dass man trotz Termin teilweise sehr lange wartet. Haben letztes mal über eine Stunde gewartet und beim Terminen davor auch ca. eine Stunde. Ich finde es super dass man sich Zeit nimmt, aber für unseren Kleinen ist jede Minute in der Praxis Stress pur. Er dreht schon am Rad wenn wir nur in die Straße fahren, deshalb bringt es in unserem Fall auch nicht so viel, wenn man draußen wartet... Wäre echt toll, wenn man mit Termin auch recht zeitnah dran kommt. Very nice and modern practice. Waiting time was ok. The vet was very nice, sensitive and competent. Prices are totally okay too. Here you really feel that you are in very good hands and you don't even have the feeling that treatments are being pushed onto you that are not necessary - on the contrary. Highly Recommended Addition: The only thing I have to criticize after a few visits is that you sometimes wait a long time despite the appointment. Last time we waited more than an hour and about an hour before that. I think it's great that you take your time, but for our little ones every minute in the practice is pure stress. He's already turning the wheel when we just drive into the street, so in our case it doesn't do much to wait outside ... It would be really great if you can get an appointment as soon as possible.

Die vergebene Terminzeiten sind nur bedingt, die Wartezeiten sind über eine Stunde und die Kundenorientierung ist ein absolutes Fremdwort! Auf dem Homepage steht "Wir lieben Tiere", aber wie ist es mit den sehr langen Wartezeiten, die eine kleine Katze dulden soll, sowie dem völligen Desinteresse zu den vierbeinigen Patient, vereinbart? It is rare to find such an unfriendly, unwelcome and disorganized veterinary practice. But there is one at Kreuzbergl! The assigned appointment times are only conditional, the waiting times are over an hour and customer orientation is an absolute foreign word! The homepage says "We love animals", but what about the very long waiting times that a small cat is supposed to put up with and the complete disinterest in the four-legged patient?
