Als erstes wollte man mich abwimmeln und auf Nachdruck, dass das Tier dringend Hilfe bräuchte, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich erst morgen einen Termin bekommen könnte, da es sich erst um einen Notfall handle wenn das Tier verblutet. Außerdem zeugt die Aussage: "Ja, da weiß ich jetzt nicht wie ich ihnen helfen soll" nicht gerade von Kompetenz. Habe mich ziemlich allein gelassen gefühlt mit meinem Problem... I phoned the ambulance to come over for a potential emergency. Sind schon 16 Jahre hier und haben mit unserer Katze schon vieles mitgemacht und wurden immer bestens betreut. I'm always amazed at how friendly everyone is here. I feel very comfortable here with our cat and I can only recommend the Kierling animal clinic to others. Have been here for 16 years and have been through a lot with our cat and have always been well looked after.
