They responded to my initial enquiry very quickly, I sent some photos of the cards, got a very sensible offer shortly after, and then shipped them via FedEx (which they arranged due to the value). Within a couple of days of them receiving the cards I received a phone call offering me a final deal (also very sensible) which I accepted. The money was in my account the next day.

The communication was super friendly and quick. Even though the first offer didn't meet my expectations, after sending them the cards the final offer was close to the cards actual worth and i saved so much time.
I received the money within a few days after they got my cards.

Whole trading process is clear, in addition explained step by step on shop’s web page (big plus for that). I sold most of my Modern/EDH collection and got actual fair price for it, almost on point with initial offer. There is not a single part of whole trade I could complain about – communication, shipping, price evaluation, quickness, all top notch. Highly recommended.

The service was incredible. The initial price was great, and only came down slightly (due to my own mistakes). They communicated with me constantly to ensure I was happy, and felt secure (especially with sending a high priced item overseas).
Can't recommend them enough. Brilliant.

The final offer (based on actual grading) was very close to the first offer, so I decided to go ahead with the sale. If I would not have been happy with the final offer, I could get my card back free of charge. I will definitely recommend this store to friends and will do business again with them.
