Da wir zwei kleine Kinder haben ist unsere Zeit sehr begrenzt.
Wir sollten kurz warten. OK.
Nach 15min. keinerlei Anzeichen oder kurze Info wie lange wir Warten müssten. Naja ist auch nicht so schlimm nach 15min.
ca.45min Später, nichts kein Wort.... nach über 1h sind wir einfach gegangen. Frechheit!
Had an appointment with my wife today at 7:30 pm.
As we have two small children, our time is very limited.
We should wait a moment. OK.
After 15min. no signs or brief information about how long we would have to wait. Well, it's not that bad after 15 minutes.
45 minutes later, nothing not a word ... after more than 1 hour we just left. Cheek!
