"Fresh" pastries can be held over the crumb tin, fruit and vegetables old, often moldy and rotten. Generally too expensive.

â â â â â Das Krustenbrot ist sehr gut und nur zu empfehlen, die Semmeln sind leider nicht sehr schmackhaft! Da könnte das Rezept wohl neu ĂŒberdacht werden.
The crust bread is very good and only to be recommended, the rolls are unfortunately not very tasty! Since the recipe could probably be rethought.

Kauft man z.B. "frische" Semmeln und schneidet sie auf, hÀlt man besser gleich den BehÀlter mit dem Paniermehl drunter.
Mr. Thomas Blei has excellent pastries; he can bake very well, unfortunately he rarely does that!
For example, if you buy "fresh" bread rolls and cut them open, it is better to hold the container with the breadcrumbs underneath.
