★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produkt ist Spitze, aber leider mit der Beratung und Bestellung klappt es gar nicht. Nach mehreren Versuchen etwas zu kaufen bin ich immer wieder gescheitert und habe bis heute NICHTS bekommen, zum Schluss nichtmal mehr eine Antwort.... Bin sehr enttäuscht von dieser Stelle und werde mich nun an jemanden anders wenden.
Ich kann Ihnen nur raten, gleich einen anderen Vertreter aufsuchen, dieser ist leider nicht im Stande Bestellungen nachzukommen.
 The product is great, but unfortunately with the advice and ordering it doesn't work at all. After several attempts to buy something I failed again and again and until today I got NOTHING, in the end not even an answer .... I am very disappointed with this position and will now turn to someone else.
I can only advise you to go straight to another representative, unfortunately he is not able to fulfill orders.

Absolutely great device! We were initially skeptical about the high purchase price of the dry steam cleaner, but it is definitely worth it! Top product, top service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also zuerst war ich überfordert weil mein Deutsch nicht ist so gut und ich habe nicht alles verstanden. Ich hab bei Herrn Leitner mich nochmal gemeldet mit Fragen und er ist für eine zweite Einschulung gekommen. Jetzt bin ich total zufrieden weil ich kann alles machen damit ohne chemisch Mittel !! Meine Mutter war auch da und hat jetzt auch einen Thermostar bekommen :)

So at first I was overwhelmed because my German is not so good and I didn't understand everything. I contacted Mr. Leitner again with questions and he came for a second schooling. Now I am totally satisfied because I can do anything with it without chemical agents !! My mother was there too and got a thermostar now :)

Ich reinige alle Oberflächen im Haus, im Garten und mein Auto mit Trockendampf. Ich bin ein großer Fan, nachhaltiger Lösungen und kann dieses Gerät nur jedem wärmstens empfehlen! Das Konzept der Thermohygiene ist auch für Gesundheitseinrichtungen interessant. Wasser und Hitze rücken auch Keimen zu Leibe, wie das Beispiel meiner Waschmittellade zeigt.
Thermostar is an ingenious product for people who want to reduce the use of cleaning and cleaning agents. I clean all surfaces in the house, in the garden and my car with dry steam. I am a big fan of sustainable solutions and would highly recommend this device to everyone! The concept of thermal hygiene is also interesting for health facilities. Water and heat also tackle germs, as the example of my detergent drawer shows.
