Hatte eine sehr unfreundliche "Dame" am Apperat, die das unmöglich gemacht hat. Ich sehe, ich bin nicht der erste der mit dieser Frau sprechen musste. Aber das ist ja Wurst egal aber wehe man kann den zweiten Termin nicht wahrnehmen dann soll man gleich bezahlen saubere Firma und ich würde echt mal nachdenken ob man nicht ein freundlicheres Personal zum Telefon setzt wenn es dauernd Beschwerden gibt aber anscheinend dürfte das niemanden interessieren einfach nur schade It would be best not to have a star on the phone very unfriendly and you should apologize because they cannot keep the appointments, the main thing is to take time off and who will then replace my vacation day or work your time? Ich hatte die Dame für die Terminkoordination gebeten, mich per Mail zu kontaktieren, da ich eine Anreise von 4 h habe, damit ich den Termin zum Wärme und Wasserzähler wahrnehmen kann. Stattdessen kommt 2 x ein fixer Termin per Post.... Und jetzt darf ich extra anreisen und 52 Euro zahlen. Herzlichen Dank, das nennt man Kundenfreundlichkeit!!!! I can only agree with the bad reviews, rip-off. I had asked the lady who coordinated the appointment to contact me by e-mail, since I have a 4-hour arrival, so that I can make the appointment for the heat and water meter. Instead, a fixed date comes by mail twice.... And now I can travel extra and pay 52 euros. Thank you very much, that's what you call customer friendliness!!!!

I took two separate days off and twice in a row they called me in the morning at 09:00 that the mechanic was "sick", which is clearly a lie. The third time they came when I was on holiday and now they want to charge me 52 euros for the missed appointment!
