★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollen Sie sich ärgern - dann sind Sie in diesem Hotel bestens aufgehoben. Das "Plus" steht wohl für eine Extraportion Ärger.
Angefangen damit, dass die Reception telefonisch nie erreichbar ist und erst nach Tagen zurückruft. Der TV im Zimmer funktionierte erst nach 2 stündigen Updates, Leselampe defekt, mangelnde Sauberkeit.
Wollen Sie beim Frühstück gemütlich eine Zeitung lesen? Gibt es trotz 4 Sterne Kategorie nicht - man kann sich bei der Reception eine kaufen.
Und erlauben Sie sich nie das inkompetente Management zu kritisieren - Sie erhalten sofort Hausverbot.
Gekaufte Gutscheine werden nicht eingelöst und müssen eingeklagt werden.
Finger weg von diesem Hotel!!!
 If you want to get angry - then you are in good hands in this hotel. The "plus" probably stands for an extra portion of trouble.
Starting with the fact that reception can never be reached by phone and only calls back after days. The TV in the room only worked after 2 hours of updates, reading lamp was defective, lack of cleanliness.
Would you like to read a newspaper at breakfast? Despite the 4 star category, there isn't one - you can buy one at the reception.
And never allow yourself to criticize the incompetent management - you will be banned from the house immediately.
Purchased vouchers will not be redeemed and must be sued for.
Stay away from this hotel!!!
