15 min auf Kellner gewartet um dann an der Bar Getränke selbst bestellt
Speisen kamen, nicht die vergessene Suppe, nach 60 min in "ausreichender" Qualität - damit meine ich dass ich es selbst besser kann
Kinderstuhl haben wir uns selbst geholt da auch nicht darauf hingewiesen wurde dass einer da wäre
In (hoffentlich am Ende) der Pandemie noch immer keine Bankomatzahlung zu akzeptieren obwohl in der ganzen Therme steht man soll doch bitte mit Karte zahlen ist für mich nicht ok
Personal war übrigens wirklich freundlich wenn da (dafür 1 Stern und noch 1 da die Getränke schön kühl waren), vlt einfach nur einen schlechten Tag erwischt

Waited 15 minutes for the waiter and then ordered his own drinks at the bar
Food came, not the forgotten soup, after 60 minutes in "sufficient" quality - by that I mean that I can do better myself
We got our own high chair because it wasn't pointed out that there was one there
In (hopefully at the end of) the pandemic, still not accepting an ATM payment, although you should pay with a card in the whole thermal bath, please is not ok for me
By the way, staff was really friendly when there (1 star and 1 because the drinks were nice and cool), maybe just had a bad day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essen ist immer wieder Top vorallem das Gulasch und die Berner Würstel schmecken sehr gut. Die Lage ist sehr schön da man einen guten Blick ins Thermalbad hat. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis passt und ich komme auch hier immer wieder gerne her.
Food is always top, especially the goulash and the Bernese sausages taste very good. The location is very nice because you have a good view of the thermal baths. The price-performance ratio fits and I always like to come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War schon mal besser. Es gibt jetzt nur mehr bis 16.00 Uhr Essen. Es wird auch nichts unternommen, um diesen Zustand zu ändern. Es ist auch besser, wenn man seinen Kassabon nochmals überprüft. Es ist sehr schade, um dieses Lokal, da die Saunagäste und auch aus wärtige Gäste dieses Lokal regelmäßig besucht haben. Aber wer nicht will, der hat schon.

It is a shame about this place, as the sauna guests and also outside guests have visited this place regularly. But if you don't want to, you already have it.
