Simply loved it! The place was very comfortable and I love that it has separated parts for different interests. Therefore, kids and all who want to have fun can visit the slides and the fun park and for others there are calmer zones to relax. Loved the water, temperatur, the out door space (truly lovely especially at night when looking at the stars above your head)... can't wait to visit again.

It's absolutely one of my favorite places to go. I can't wait to go there again. Every part is so great that I could spend here one week ☺️ The restaurant has also delicious food. Its perfect also for families with small children. Highly recommended in winter especially when snowing. But I was in August too and enjoyed the time spent here too.

Absolutely perfect place for a few hours to relax in the warm pools and have some fun on the water slides. Extremely clean and had everything you needed.

I am writing this review from the perspective of two therme lovers (me and my boyfriend) who have been to almost all of the well-known therme hotels in Austria. Therme Loipersdorf was by far the worst price-performance ratio, service quality and experience in general. I will review each aspect separately. To begin with, we traveled from the 10th to 12th of February and stayed 2 nights at the Kowald hotel, which is also the best rated hotel in the area, as we wanted the best possible experience. The hotel costs 400 per night and it is a 4 star hotel with a semi-pension. The room was nice, the food was amazing and the services of the hotel met our expectations. Even though, considering the price we paid for two days, and that we spent most of the day in the therme area, I consider it very pricey. To continue with the therme Loipersdorf, here starts our BIG disappointment. The sevices are very bad, from the people who work here to the amenities it has to offer. All the people outside the hotel were very rude, from rolling their eyes all the time to even telling my boyfriend to get out of the sauna because she has to clean now and she has her schedule! My boyfriend politely asked her to let him stay 5 more minutes but she refused and just kicked him out! All the personal of the bar has no idea how to do a cocktail, we ordered Pina Colada, even asked to assure ourselves that it has alcohol, and it came without alcohol. In the first day I wanted to get a to-go drink to bring it to the lounge, I was refused ?!?!, then someone else came who was speaking german and then I got my cocktail. Anyway, worst pricey drinks ever. The thermal water was indeed amazing and for sure it is very healthy, but the pools were way to small. We only spent the days at the schaffelbad because Kowalt hotel has its own lounge there. I don’t know what we would have done without this. All the design of the therme is very outdated, the places to lie down are uncomfortable and this therme you really cannot call it a SPA! So to sum up: the staff of the therme are badly behaving employees, distant and detached to what’s going on around them. + super RUDE! The staff of Kowald were very nice, but considering that I was paying 400€ for the hotel + therme, it was not worh it! They should do something about the Loipersdorf staff! There are way better Therme in the area, for example Bad Blumau: way cheaper than one day ticket here, even tho it has an incredible design, pools, services, drinks & food, and it is full of culture! Taking the price into account for hotel + therme, it is the almost the same as Aqua Dome, but Aqua Dome can give them lessons in every aspect! They could learn a thing or two from them!

Spa with seperate places for families with kids called adventure bath wuth slides and waves and caves and streams, and Schaffelbad with saunas and hot tubes. Most people arrive by car as only very few buses link the place to Graz and surrounding train stations. Hotel ressorts and family guesthouses all around.

Excellent! Although all the sections were very nice, including the slides, I recommend going to the adults only section. It is very quiet and relaxing. There are more pools and you can enjoy all of them. The food in the restaurant was also abundant and delicious.
