Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich mehr als in Ordnung, da man sehr viel mehr als nur die wöchentliche Gruppeneinheit angeboten bekommt. (z. B. Zusatzinfos in Form von Videos, Übungsvideos, Aufzeichnung der Einheit, etc.) Den Kurs von zu Hause aus zu machen ist auch sehr praktisch und einfach, da man das Baby nicht extra einpacken muss und neben sich haben kann, wenn man keine Möglichkeit hat es für die kurze Zeit abzugeben. I can 100% recommend Stefanie's retraining course after pregnancy. The price/performance ratio is really more than okay, since you are offered a lot more than just the weekly group unit. (e.g. additional information in the form of videos, exercise videos, recording of the unit, etc.) Doing the course from home is also very practical and easy, since you do not have to pack the baby extra and can have it next to you when there is no way to give it away for the short time.
