★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, the view is great, but it took 15 minutes for a waiter to ask if I 'd like to order--even after walking by 3 times. The best part was finally ordering a salad and soup that took one full hour to come out. Meanwhile, the customer next to me was upset that his coffees had been forgotten.
The wait staff apologized at least and the waitress was froendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was as expected, but we paid 5€ fee for cutlery, and 7€ for service on top of that. So 12€ in additional charges on a 40€ order. The bill mentioned that tips were not included. So I really don't understand how much this establishment expects to be paid for very average food and service.
