★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schönes Gebäude und sehr schöne Aussicht aus den oberen Etagen. Die Wohnungen sehen hochwertig aus und sind zumindest auf der Süd-Seite gut aufgeteilt. Der Co-Working Space und die Terasse sind auch sehr schön.
Leider gibt es noch manchmal Probleme mit der Klingel und der Gegensprechanlage (per App). Außerdem ist die Verwaltung etwas chaotisch, antwortet auf Emails oft sehr spät und kümmert sich auch nicht immer direkt um alle Anliegen der Mieter.
Ansonsten aber ein sehr schönes Gebäude.
 Very nice building and very nice view from the upper floors. The apartments look high quality and are well divided, at least on the south side. The co-working space and the terrace are also very nice.
Unfortunately, there are still sometimes problems with the bell and the intercom (via app). In addition, the administration is a bit chaotic, often answers emails very late and does not always take care of all the tenants' concerns directly.
Otherwise a very nice building.

I would definitely recommend to pay a visit if you considering renting an apartment. It comes with great facilities and location. Also the administration staff is very supportive, patient and prompt (especially mr. Idinger in there who answered all of my questions and agree on having a second visit of the apartment :) ). It was also nice that we could communicate in English!
