Da wir ganzjährig mit dem Fahrrad in Wien unterwegs sind, war es bisher meist so, dass wir nach 15 Minuten im kalten Wind meist komplett kalte Hände hatten. Mit den Handschuhen ist es schön warm und an besonders kalten Tagen kann man auch die Wärmepads von Heat dazugeben. Toll finden wir auch beide dass man, sobald man ins Warme kommt, oder es einfach nicht ganz so kalt ist, den vorderen Teil des Handschuhs einfach runterklappen kann. Wir können diesen Handschuh uneingeschränkt empfehlen. I ordered a pair of Heat 2 Softshell gloves for myself and my wife. We are both excited. Since we are cycling in Vienna all year round, it has usually been the case that after 15 minutes in the cold wind we usually had completely cold hands. It is nice and warm with the gloves and on particularly cold days you can also add the Heat pads from Heat. We both think it's great that as soon as you get warm, or it's just not that cold, you can simply fold down the front part of the glove. We can fully recommend this glove.

Ja hier und dort gibt es Probleme aber selbst dort reagiert der Kundenservice schnell und man sieht, dass die sich echt bemühen den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Was kann ich hier noch sagen? Weiter so! Mein Geld haben die bereits ?? Honestly, I (active landscape photographer and drone pilot) can only report positive things about this company. Nach langer online Recherche und vielen Handschuh-Versuchen über die letzten Jahre habe ich mich für die Merino Liner + Shell entschieden und habe eeeeendlich auch beim Paragleiten im Winter warme Hände :) Besonders toll für alle möglichen Outdoor Sportarten geeignet, weil man die Fäustlinge superleicht umfunktionieren kann und somit maximales Handling möglich ist und die Hände dabei immer schön warm bleiben - sehr gut durchdachtes Prinzip! Für extra kalte Tage habe ich mir die Heizpads zum Einschieben dazu bestellt, diese habe ich aber noch nicht gebraucht. Großes Lob auch an den extrem schnellen und freundlichen Kundenservice, hier können sich viele Firmen ein Vorbild nehmen! Kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Finally warm hands in winter!! After a long online research and many glove attempts over the last few years, I decided on the Merino Liner + Shell and I eeeeeally have warm hands even when paragliding in winter :) Especially great for all kinds of outdoor sports, because the mittens are super easy to convert and therefore maximum handling is possible and your hands always stay nice and warm - a very well thought-out principle! For extra cold days I ordered the heating pads to slide in, but I haven't used them yet. Great praise also goes to the extremely fast and friendly customer service, many companies can take a role model here! I can unreservedly recommend it!
