Sehr suspektes Vorgehen, da dem Rückzug vom Verkauf ein direktes Gespräch mit dem Verkäufer über die "Zahlungsmodalitäten" vorausgegangen ist. Kann nur jedem raten von dieser Firma die Finger zu lassen! Auch der Makler EHL hatte offensichtlich kein wirkliches Pouvoir die Wohnung zu vermitteln!! I reserved an apartment through real estate agency EHL! "Suddenly", however, the seller announced "Own use?". Very suspicious procedure, as the withdrawal from the sale was preceded by a direct conversation with the seller about the "payment modalities". I can only advise everyone to stay away from this company! Also the realtor EHL obviously had no real opportunity to broker the apartment !!

Da alles Glas ist, wirkt das billig. Kein Sichtschutz für die Bewohner. Only know the house from the view across the street. Good approach, but hard wearing in the finish. The balconies are used as storage areas. Since everything is glass, it looks cheap. No privacy protection for the residents.
